This updates the stand alone primitives FBX exporter.
This fixes a bug loading a few tanks.
Updates to Help HTML pages.
Updates to FBX Exporter Panel.
You can now export tangent normal maps with the FBX.
Read the Primitives section in the help files.

Version 98:
This update shortens the names even more in the FBX files.
Blender can not use names over 63 characters in length.
This update adds a check box to the File/Settings menu to deal with normal maps that were exported as tangent (blue) maps.

If the imported FBX lighting is wrong looking, check or un-check this setting.
TE defaults to exporting tangent (blue) normal maps and this check box is checked by default.


Also.. This adds a new vertex format BPVTxyznuviiiww
This forced me to create the tangent and biTangent vectors used in bump mapping as they are not in the models vertex data.

Not sure i this is the Tank Exporter error/problem.But app does not extracted  AM AO And ANM files for the tracks on the T34.

 

@Coffee__ can you please check the files for T34? I tried to make a new skin but after extracting the files game is crushing.

Plus when you exctarct T34 file also T34 B is exctacted.

OK... 

There never is a AO map for the tracks.. AO is in the alpha channel of the AM map. This only applies to the Tracks.
Now.. Let me check the rest of this...

Yep.. TE is not extracting the AM and ANM maps.. Probably because they are not stored with this tank.
Let me do some coding and I'll fix this.
I'll be releasing an update in the next day or so.
If you want, you can download my PKG Explore program and search and extract them..
Check out this thread..

Version 99:
This adds much better lighting to the stand alone primitives.
Fixed a few minor bugs.
TE no longer extracts tanks with nearly identical names.
TE also will find and extract every texture associated with a tank. Note that this texture could be from a different nation!
This also takes a bit more time to find the textures in other nations folders!

 

VERY LARGE IMAGE! You can use this as wall paper. Its 1920X1080.

Hi.

 

I tried to excract files manually using 7 zip and everything is fine.What I have noticed  in your TE are missing:

 

Folder named collision_client

Folder named crash

DDS file named T34_hvy_HangarShadowMap

 

To sure if this is the problem.Just trying to help

Hey Polish..
You need to load a crashed version of the tank to extract the crashed tanks data. I just got confused on this too testing it. LOL!
 

The collision_client is ignored by TE. Changing anything in that would probably be a bad idea..
Say you made a smaller model of a collision model, it would probably cause problems with the physics.

I tested this a few years ago.. I changed a building so it was only a few inches tall. and repacked the pkg file. 

Even though it looked short in the game. Shots would not go through it. You can't defeat the bullet collisions as its all server side handled.

 

The shadow map isn't needed unless you radically change the tank like a full remodel. All its for is creating a fake cast shadow on the ground.

Never stop letting me know if you see something questionable. I need all the help I can get!
