Message from the Transfer Team Regarding APAC Transfer Issues

so, whats the delay once we accept the transfer??? Do I just download the SEA server game and carry on?

​This is the same, (self edited to avoid a ban), who replied to my ticket about changing my E-Mail and usernames as a priority as we only have a couple of days (and why should we pay 5K Gold to change the names when they OFFERED a MERGE?) with ANOTHER copy/paste bit of BS and then closed the ticket so you can't even RESPOND and point out that the ^^$&*&^^%% didn't even READ IT FIRST! WP WG, WP. I think they are just trying to get us all to delete our accounts and save them the trouble...... before you ask, SEA say's you have to talk to NA. Have fun with that.

If you register your NA account to be transferred to the Asia server, it will not be merged with your Asia account. In order to get your NA account transferred over to the Asia server, you will need separate email addresses for each account. If your Asia and NA accounts are currently on different email addresses, you should be fine to go. If they use the same email address you will need to create a new email address for the NA account to link to. Our system will not allow you to link two accounts to one email address. Once the website is active and you are logged in with your current NA account, you enter the desired email address for the account to be linked to.

 

We understand some of you strongly wish to merge accounts and while we can’t currently offer that, we are actively looking into how to make it possible. However please note there is currently no available timeframe for when this might be completed.

 

The final looming question is what will be transferred over and will any profile data be lost during that process. The good news here is that everything in your NA account will be copied over as it was to your new Asia account. Premium tanks, crew XP, player XP, premium time – the lot. It will all be there in your Asia account like it was in your NA account.

​Why do you guys pretend to be helpful when we all feel like we've been lied to and support at NA and SEA are being extremely unsupportive? SEA want a confirmation of a transfer we don't have until after the 26th, or never if we can't change our E-Mails, and NA use copy/paste and close your ticket without actually responding to the request for E-Mail and name changes? I appreciate you are trying to do your job but surely you can understand the level of frustration out there and the massive lack of and miss-information that has been going on for months. Can we please address the URGENTLY NEEDED E-Mail changes (which may be in the form but it is not entirely clear) and the possibility of free name changes to allow the transfer? We used those details because we were promised a MERGE (the same reason I spent $100's on premium vehicles on SEA) and I don't think clarity and charity is too much to ask at this point.

lol well Wargaming has dont it again i didnt thing they could stuff this up but they did lol i put a ticket in because i didnt get an e,mail to transfer i got one back saying i had missed the cut off date when i have contacted them about 6 times for transfer i even sent them a ticket with the screenshot of the letter they sent me say that i am eligible to do so and they would keep my app lol all the good that did lol i dont think they even looked at the screenshot or did they  bother  to read if u cant do your job get someone in who can

wt F?! Seriously... wt f. This isn't a case of players making sht up in their heads and being disappointed about something that WG didn't even offer. Email from WG : "If you already have an existing account on the APAC server, we will work to merge the accounts and preserve everything possible ".

 

I hope you knuckleheads get it together cause this it for tanks for me. You should have either stfu and got it all sorted first, then announced it or not do it at all. The player base has been begging for this transfer for years, running two accounts (with all their own premium crew, time etc) but hearing crickets from WG all this time. Now it has finally come, its massive fail on every step of the process.

 

FU WG... I'm out.

2 hours..... 2 hours in which WG has had enough time to come out with a response and to copy/paste tickets then close them 10,000 times. cmon im really starting to lose it guys.
