Hello Tankers,

 

Unfortunately we had to temporarily disable Personal Missions due to an issue that arose with the latest micro-patch. We are already working on a resolution and we will update once we have more information.

 

Our apologies for the inconvenience!

Thanks for the info. Can you tell us what was changed in the micro patch? Some of us would like to know about the changes instead of blindly blundering into them.

wow

I have 14 orders...tried to get the 260 by finishing 3 sets, and now it says I can't use them at this time.  I swear to god if they disappear after the patch, I'm going to freak out, rip.

From the Support Article:

* Added the Halloween event.
* Fixed the issue with the display of scroll bar in the dropdown menu where the nation of a female crew member is selected.
* Fixed some technical issues.
* Caused some technical issues

Did.. did they just ADMIT that the broke something? Like, actually admit it? Usually it's some asinine excuse.. Maybe they're learning... Now if only they could hire competent support staff that actually READ the tickets you send in, instead of just reading the title, ignoring the body and attached video/picture, and then copy/pasting a response. Also, I sent in 3 tickets recently, to different departments, why is the same guy who ISN'T READING the tickets answering for three different departments? All three came back within 15 minutes of each other, from the same support guy, all of them NOT READ and copy/pasted from the title?

Did they also shut off marks for tier 5? I've been trying to track progress on marking my tier 5 vehicles, but I'm not even seeing the usual percentage in service record, nor any indication of upping marks.

Reset orders points for compensation please. I would greatly appreciate that possibility.

i put 1 point bad for wrong., now I'm suffering with the light missions.... god,... they are very hard.

not only for tier V , but for all tier . They are unfunctionnal atm

Now they need to realize that orders disappearing after going back and completing the 15th mission is bugged. It says you will receive 5 orders for completing the entire set and the 15th with honors but instead you get just the one and the 4 orders committed disappear into the void forever. Customer Service seems to think this is intended because they are misinformed, and developers do not seem aware of it or don't care.

There was...when they broke it last month...and waited about 2 weeks to post it on the forum.  Then they broke it AGAIN....
