I was hard to miss because getting kicked out of a game  that has been going on for more then two minutes and the tank is in the garage as well, like the game never happened.

This happened three times, including a ton of lag on a couple of other games. Finally I got booted of the server and was not even able to sign back in.

By the way the same phenomena happend to all of my clan mates.

Good job wargaming.

PS. Would be great before doing an event that someone actually tests it out prior to the implementation!!!

The server is still unplayable, since the launch of halloween special the ping went up to 300-400ms...

Tried 2 battles a few min. ago, but had to close the game.

We can understand that problems like this will happen sometimes. Just hope we get compensated fairly to make up for it. Not just premium time mind you, but the reserves (good ones) that we lost because of the crash.

In the last year or so I have not seen an update without bugs.

I really hope we get some booster compensation because from all the comments I've read a lot of people had been running the 200-300% boosters along with credit boosters.

 

i also had been running boosters that had gotten wasted by not only the down time but getting kicked from the server for game errors out of my control.

At 14:25 hours the same packet loss result.

I know no one at WG is going to read this or really care what one person does.  But I was going to buy another premium tank this weekend, but after this fiasco and WG's typical high level of customer support/ information I decided to just buy Steel Division instead.  Bought it last night and it looks really fun and will probably be playing that a little more in my gaming time each night.  Thanks WG for expanding my gaming experience.

This is the worst part. WG NA does not care. They are just yes men for the Corporation and dont give 1 bit about the players.

I can understand server crashes and Bugs but the lack of communications is insulting and when the do they just tell us how things are going to be. It was not always like this.

i hope we can get refunded our specials that we had won only to be able to play with for a few minutes instead of 1hr time limit.    x300 experience gone to waste was one of 3 items i had going besides credits and xtra experience

I lost 5080g in a trade-in trasaction I was doing right when the server crashed.

 

I am fighting this with support, but they don't want to refund me.

Has anyone looked up the SLA ( Service Level Agreement) to see what compensation mechanisms are available to you and in place?

Did you make copies of the syslogs to document the downtime?

Did you call your attorney and inform them?

In case you did not know that Level3 is a subsidiary of G-Core labs which is a subsidiary of wargaming.

So I am pretty confident if wargaming actually wanted, they could get a handle on this issue. Smile_blinky.gif
