The server crash of 2 days ago is costing me 5080g - still fighting with support over it

I was trading in my FCM 50T for a T-34-3 2 days ago when while I was waiting for the transaction to complete, the server crashed as we all know while we were online.

 

Now I am fighting it with support to have my gold refunded or my tank swap as I was trying to do, but they are putting this issue on me because they say 'the server maintenance was announced'.

We all know it was a crash and not something planned.

 

I know they rollback their in-game transaction database because equipment I removed from the FCM 50T was put back on to it, but in the logs they showed me, no where I can see this.  What their roll back didn't do was refund me, so now I am short of 5050g (gold difference for the T-34-3 (11000g) minus FCM 50T (5950g) plus 3 x 10g for equipment removal on the FCM 50T, for a total of 5080g.

 

I thought this would be a no brainer for them and quickly fix it, but they are dragging this on.

 

Anyone else are having issues with support for something similar due to the server crash?

I recall someone else was talking about having lost the perma-camo they mounted right before the server crash. Keep fighting it, provide any proof of the transactions you can. Also, send Customer Support the link of CabbageMechanic's post about the server crash (Hyperlinked here).

As for proof, I didn't do any screenshot of the trasaction, so I don't know what I can give more.

Is your account real? There's no way a living human being that has the ability to articulate words has put effort into this game (7k games) and has come out with a 41% win rate.....Unless you use a bot program.

So they're telling you they get to keep gold because there was a planned outage that accepted your part of the transaction but failed to live up to their part of it?  This is exactly why I will never give the thieves at WG money.  This shouldn't even be an argument.  They should be embarrassed about the mistake and bending over backwards to make sure every part of their obligation is met.

Every time I consider to throw them a bone as I tend to do in F2P games I play a simple visit to forum always takes this idea away.. sadly.

Open a ticket. Reset ot not, proof or not, they have a record of all the stuff you do with or without gold.

 

Just don't swear at them, they don't like that and neither would you.

As long as you have a valid claim you will get satisfaction even if sometimes it might take 2 or 3 exchanges with Support.

just got kicked off--server is busy! Que   had 2 error messages trying to get in a game, one was arena error and the other was about my skorpion g.?  game was lagggy also on the last map, everyone was lagging.  I see the forum is having issues also.

 

 

 

i hope we can get refunded our specials that we had won only to be able to play with for a few minutes instead of 1hr time limit.    x300 experience gone to waste was one of 3 items i had going besides credits and xtra experience

It i highly unlikely that wargaming will refund you the gold as they are very much against refunds or giving out good stuff for free; it's bad for business.

You know how unlikely it is that wargaming will have any effs to give. They run their company like the stereotypical mob.
