Taking a crew past 100%

When you reach 100% with a crew you gain full attributes such as aim time etc...

Will going past 100% continue to improve aim time, reloading, traverse ...

If so,

what is the cut off...

what attributes are affected...

You can get crews above 100% with things like vents (or being open top) and food.

So for example my Maus crew the commander is 115% and the crew are 127% with food, skills and the bonus from the commander.
IF you open up a crewman's Personal File it will break down where the bonuses are coming for, and going over 100% increases things affected by their major qualification. You can see the outcome by hovering over stats on the right of your garage. 
So using vents increases my dpm by 58 points, and food boosts it by 116 dpm since those improve the crew.


Edit: There is also a comparison in garage you can use, you can look at a tank with 100% crew and no other boosts, and then look at how it will change by adding vents or food to boost crew skills.

Either way your "stock" crew fully trained to 100% will never go any higher by itself. After that Perks, Skills, and Equipment are the only way to boost a crew higher.

 

crewmen can go to 134% with food, improved vents, commander bonus and BIA. Commander is 122%. Without BIA it's 127% and 120%.
Everything with regular vents is 120% and 132%
