SO I started to look more in depth at the info listed on the upper right of the garage for each tank and next to each piece of info, it will list the things that will improve or hurt that rating. As I go through I notice that there is nothing beneficial about Enhanced Torsion Bars. I always mounted them on my tanks when I wanted faster speed and more maneuverability.

By the looks of it the only benefit of having Enhanced Torsion Bars is if you are designing a tank for ramming. I see that it helps for your weight load, but it's not like there is heavy equipment that requires a higher weight load.

If this is the case, I'm pulling this off all but one of my tanks and replacing it with a more combat/offensive oriented benefit piece of equipment.

Only tanks I've heard people using them on are fast scouts who tend to jump off rises and run the risk of damaging a track.

Those types of equipment are meant for skipping early need to grind tracks or for people who want to strengthen their track HP as it gives a bonus to that.

That's pretty much what it says on the tin as well.

I experiment with lots of different combinations, that's what they're there for. It's only play money after all is said and done.

This is the only reason I have ever had to use them.

So here is another unexpected and baffling aspect of torsion bars which I'm sure isn't really an issue because I don't know how this could effect my tanks performance and everyone will just say I'm crazy, a noob, etc. but here it goes...

The first tank I took torsion bars off was my M4A3E8. This tank has my best crew in it and I've used it forever. Its sort of my go-to tank. I've played many rounds with this tank, and know how it shoots and performs. I use the 105mm howitzer barrel as its really effective for destroying modules and crew on enemy tanks as well as causing lots of damage. It is also surprisingly accurate. I hit almost every time, 75% plus (although I never checked my stats) I just know that when I shoot that thing, I hit - I rarely miss. Even on the move or at great distances.

Ever since I took off the torsion bars and added CREW VENTING!!! my accuracy with that gun is [edited]. I'm hitting probably 55-65% of the time now. Rounds go high, hit the dirt, just all over the place. Something this tank/gun/crew combo has never done.

How the hell would that effect my gun accuracy especially if I added crew venting, if anything I should be shooting better!?!?!?
