If you're not playing to win, don't bother clicking battle

I think the problem is that I am personally trying to win, but the other 14 players on my team generally are not. Sad to say, but they just don't know how. It's like they all want to go beach/valley and enjoy watching their team die around them without doing any damage.

You are a decent player, above average. With your experience, it shouldn't be difficult to convey to these players, politely of course, the best course of action to obtain a victory. Again politely, so no map ping spam, cussing, condescending one sided conversations, et cetera.

Wins?  What are these "Wins" you speak of?  Those are foreign to me.  Please elaborate...

OP, it is just a question of time.  We need 15 wins as top 10 for today's missions.  Given the server average, that means that WG can expect at least 45 games average out of those wanting to complete the mission.  That's four hours of game time roughly.  Better players will take fewer games, both because they win more and because they end up in the top 10 way more.  The wins requirement means that players with no high damage tanks still have a chance.  Just making it Top 3 whatever, doesn't change anything.  WG would just make the number of games required higher to get the same average playing time out of participants.

So...you actually have to put in some "effort" to "earn" these free tanks!?  Inconceivable! ...

The more observant of us noticed these mission requirements the day they were released and realized that trying to do missions for more than one tank was going to be very time consuming. 15 wins in a day still means 30 games or so for most of us. It isn't too bad but it but will be a long day of playing. Trying to win 30 is a marathon gaming day. You only have yourself to blame if you're frustrated it is taking too long. Next time pay attention to the requirements before you start out and you'll have a more realistic goal.

Problem is not everyone is doing those missions therefore they have their own agenda ...Also would have been better off if WG would have stretched those last few missions to 2 days each..

Here's a few examples:

Loading screen appears and you're on Lakeville. You type in chat, "Please, don't go valley, we need players in town."

Guess what happens next? 5-7 tanks start driving towards the valley, proceed to die to two tanks because they don't

know how to deal with hull-down enemy tanks, then complain they didn't have any support.

Loading screen appears and you're on Overlord. Some brilliant 200wn8 player pipes up and asks for help on the beach...

Basically, you can't help 50% of the players because they don't want to learn, they can't read, or simply don't care enough to do anything but fire their guns at trains. A good portion of the other 50% believe they already know everything and don't want advice because "it worked once before".
