I want to thank Wot for the Frankenstein game. It was thoroughly enjoyable so who ever did the work, gets a attaboy. And generally I am disgruntled at most things WOT does so you get a thanks because you deserve it. Im an old F. so you guys don't remember the Ogre game in the 80s  board game. But Ogre was the same thing.   A super tank that was hard to kill that just ran over everything. Anyone know where the idea came from for Frankenstein.

My thoughts exactly.  I remember the OGRE game by SJG.  It came in a small plastic case that could almost fit in your pocket.  A great little tactical game!

Ah the good old days when your battlefield was a cardboard layout with cardboard game pieces, then cardboard cutouts, then the premium of molded pieces.

No idea what happened to the copy of ORGE I used to have. I do still have the Steve Jackson G.E.V. microgame though.

I think ORGE might be something else entirely  :)

Thanks for the post - I had forgotten about ORGE - that was a fun game.

I am pretty sure I have it squirreled away somewhere ...
