Suddenly my game is crashing... a lot

As of the last update, my game has been prone to crashing. I have reset the modem, have rebooted my PC, run numerous diagnostics. This evening I discovered this error message:

I have Windows 10 and had massive crashing issues until I shut off automatic updates. No crashes since.

OP try the integrity check it will replace missing/corrupt files.  Go to the little gear in the upper right of the launcher then the support tab.

1. Do you run any mods? if yes make sure you get them updated. mods that have the wrong patch number will crash your game. 

2. Have you used the Check and Repair in the Wargaming Game Center under the game settings? Make sure to mods have been remove or have been updated before this is done.

3. Do any of your drivers for the computer need to be updated? long shot but well be asked if you put a ticket in.

But it sounds more like corrupted file in the game. #1 and #2 should fix this. if none of these work uninstall the game and download it again as last resort.

I recently had an issue where the game would crash just after a battle started a couple of times a day. I cleaned the dust out of my case and fans and had no more issues. There were never any temperature errors.

FYI:

Win 10 v.1709 (Fall Creators Update) causes major problems with games played in fullscreen. Microcrap knows about the issue and has fixed it in the insiders build 17025 (win 10 v.1803). Until they post a hotfix, the only thing you can do is play games in WINDOWED or WINDOWED(borderless)

That was my issue too. If you go to the individual internet connection you’re using, in the settings section, there you’ll find an option titled “metered connection” if you select this to the on position, it won’t allow any program to run an update in the background. 

Windows 10 removed the option for you to select the time and place to update your OS so it would suddenly rear its ugly head at the worst time and lag and some times crash the game. 

Another point is are you using a vanilla client? Sometimes it’s best to do a fresh install of the game if you use a mod and the game is acting spastic after a major patch.

Since the last major update I too have had a lot of client crashes.  I found that the client keeps using more and more memory (a memory leak). I submitted a ticket, they told me to update my video drivers.  LOL!  Yeah... ok.. that's a joke.. I did update, still same problem.  Solution is to close/reopen the client every couple of hours before it can use up too much memory and crash. Memory usage started out just above 500 MB.

Seems everybody has to take their turn with crashes.Really ,you should send WG a bill for the time it is costing you.Gone thru this at least once a year.Comes down to finding an older driver that works or deleting the WG file in %appdata% or clean install using ccleaner.Or just waiting till WG fixes the game for your configuration.

Mine is crashing, freezing up, sometimes it works for 2 hours perfectly or it gets stuck on loading screen and every 30 seconds will load a little further  then let me into the match and then dissconnect. my computer is top notch. this has me real pissed and i have tried so many things to fix the problem. I deleted the game through the control panel and then reinstalled and still same problem.
