It doesn't happen a lot, but sometimes you hit the Windows key by mistake when you're really trying to hit the "Alt" key to find out what tank is just around the corner... and suddenly get booted to your desktop for a few critical seconds.


Yeah, I did just that on el Halluf, and I finally got tired of it. So I did a five second search and found the simple fix, right in Microsoft's knowledgebase:

or you could just take a screwdriver and pop it off when you play tanks

I use knife to pry off the windows key

One of the features i love about my G15 Keyboard is it has a switch which disables the windows key so you don't hit it in game

its easier just to pull the damn key out

Or be like me and buy a Logitech G-15 (witch has a switch to disable tje Windows key)or use I hate this key without destroying your keyboard.

I actually super glued the button   Plus I always use the right Windows Key anyways I cant remember a time I ever pressed the left one
