For those players, that have played for a long time, it is hard to believe if there were ever things as powerful as the once medium VK36. With the ridiculous L58 K, using ridiculous expensive gold only ammunition. Funny thing was, it really required gold then, real money only, as the option for silver conversion wasn't yet there. ln addition, it had the pre-nerf turret with 1OO+6Omm armour, not just the one hundred spaced armour shield. lt could reverse at 16km/hr, and had 75O horsepower, without the current ridiculous snail terrain crossing resistances. And although it was a medium tank, it still had an awesome 85O health pool. And actual camo, rather than constantly being spotted at max distances. Med companies, were surely a lot different than T6 skirmishes.

Then there were the KV1S tanks, KV3s, 68O damage T4 grille, T4 motorcycle T5O.....   hard to believe how much change there has been in tier 6 competition.

Back to the point, how about some buffs to the VK36 though? At least to some of its former things. Buffs to tanks like VK32M, buffs to VK3OP, introducing the Pudel, buffs to PZlV Sch  (pretty slim buffs) huge buffs to KV85 and T3485M, buffs to A43, releasing Crom B,releasing T4O,  releasing .oi., nerfing the junk out of T37 / Hellcat, all the autoloaders like 12T / T25 / Strv M57, the definitive view range and passive spotting potential of un-nerf Type 64.....even if VK36 was buffed would it be relevant at all? l would say no. Just give it back stuff, l mean the German line was buffed pretty nicely, and they haven't made much impact in T6 strongholds.

+ old turret gun shield armour

+ old 75O horsepower engine, lower the ridiculous terrain crossing stats

+ lower to 2.1 aim-time with L58 K

l'm tempted to buy one for tier 6 stronghold, it just sucks so much right now. Better off with VK3OP (nicely buffed) or just Tiger 131 / Mark No: Vl

Remember the old tier 6 VK 30.01 H? It was the Cromwell of its day, ludicrously mobile.

You talk about buffing and nerfing a lot of tanks it's hard to keep up what exactly you want (specifically the 3rd paragraph)

And then there was the T-50-2. My best memory of that tank is oneshotting a full-speeding one across a map in my then AMX 13 F3 AM.

Specifically the 3rd paragraph, all l talk about, or ask is buffing the VK36. And possibly hint at the inadequate buffs PZlV Schmulturm got.

l said the other tanks listed WERE buffed. Things ALREADY D0NE, or in the cases of T37 / Hellcat, already nerfed.

You have got your tenses mixed up. Comprende?

Garbad's favourite tank. Much faster than VK3OP and T4O, also able to mount the fearful L56 8.8, delivering 22O alpha as a quick flanker. Hellcat was very popular at the time too, the nerfs really hurt it.

I remember the old hellcat of 2012 when it had mobility like a T67 but with that 90 mm gun. It also had some troll spaced armor on the turret that would absorb shells for 0 damage taken. I will never forget the time a jgpanther2 shot me in the turret front and it put a big hole in the mantlet but did 0 damage. He was using the 128 mm gun. When they updated it to HD model a couple of years ago, they stealth nerfed the gun mantlet and made it much weaker.

Yes, the VK 3601 H was nice, it remain my most played tank. But my main memories with it is facing hordes of Type 59's and getting eaten alive.

I'm still playing it A LOT (850 battles/3k WN8), the crew got the 4th skill yesterday :medal: .

I hold my ground in tier7 games with ease, full support with max viewrange...it's a late game monster with that HP pool and the 88.

EDIT: Oh I forgot, It's pretty versatile for strongholds (has viewrange, HP, DPM and mobility over the other heavies). The real problem is the lack of armor, lack of alpha and the freaking big turret that kills the ability to hulldown like a 3001P.

You could have said that in a better way because no it's confusing trying to read crap like "buffs to this tank and that tank" you do not specifically speak about vk36 at all in that paragraph really.. maybe learn to write paragraphs better?
