Arty has received increasingly bad gaming experience; after the new patch

its damage potential has been greatly reduced, and its gaming experience

is further nerfed due to some players continuously focus on enemy arty the

whole battle. There are several reasons why you should not counter arty:

1. experienced arty players know how to relocate after each shot, so countering arty is a waste of shells;

2. you are not helping the team by stunning enemy tanks;

3. you are hurting other players' gaming experience by not letting them play arty normally, that will backfire

one day when they counter you;

SPG players need to unite, it is what some players so fiercely want that we battle against each other, therefore lowering

our gaming experience, and satisfying their pathetic objective; by not countering arty both of us can get better

exp and credits and able to push against the toxicity of those whiners.

I play arty, and I am proud, modern arty can launch missiles and rockets that could easily wipe out an entire squadron of tanks.

This troll would be better if it were imaginative or, at least, good.

I mean he is a 48% player. He can't learn an entirely new paystyle in the short time that arty has been buffed. It requires at least 5 years.

Buff? Go ask arty players who thought it's getting a buff?

Yep playing average tier 6-7 can guarantee you a lot of wins, no skill

OMG This post actually made me laugh so loud, I startled my co-workers.  Funniest post I've seen in a while, and realizing the OP is serious makes it even funnier.  +1 OP for some well-needed humor

Personally, I wish the problem I noticed in-battle was that arty was countering each other too much lol

What is it the apologists always say?  Well, there's many things, but the one about 'makes me want to play my arty moar'....I think everyone should go on a mad CB blitz for the rest of the month.

Just finished the M50/M53 so now I am working on Der Deutschland clickmobiles, but I'll do my part.

Need a good CB quote for my sig now.......

In grinding my arty to tier 10 my greatest joy was counter battery fire.

Don't tell other how to play their game. Especially "clickers".

Not really worth countering anymore.  Rarely get a one shot.  Not really worth wasting 2-3 shells.

Better off supporting your own tanks.

The only way to fix arty is to limit matches to a max of 2 per side with trying to keep it at one.  Do not allow arty on maps like Himmelsdorf and other maps that either are to small or city maps where they can not fully perform their role.  Lastly make arty shots work more like SH AI arty(more like War Thunder but knowing WG that wont happen) where it fires a barrage that is indirect in an area that can be increasingly more accurate with crew skill.  To make it more like it was used would be impossible, because arty bats were not that close to engagements, and would have been around 4 pieces and located well behind the engagement area, but then again WoT is arcade and not sim.  So anything they want to do the players base has no room to complain because it is not trying to be that realistic.

It was certainly NOT an overall nerf.  And it wasn't last patch either.  Get over it.

Very thoughtful analysis, arty should get rid of city maps, I will also send you 3 days of premium

I play arty and all the other tank types.  If you don’t want to CB me, cool beans.  I’ll still try for you if I know where your shots are coming from.  I get one shots on enemy arty somewhat frequently.  Especially at tier IX and X.
