Why would anyone be surprised that they don't do anything.. if you ban accounts those people won't spend money.. even cheaters spend money. No one gets in trouble for reporting or being asshats. or cheating. it's all bout the cash.. no big thing.. just a game:0

Just look at the account marks. He has multiple tanks 3 marked currently barely holding 1 mark worthy.

If this isn't enough proof, go onto noobmeter and search him up. And 4.5k battles the account held 3.2k overall Wn8 and since has been on a massive downwards trend.

If you're an "anti-Wn8" player who doesn't care about that, check his other graphs even. His 63 near on 64% win ratio has dropped down to 57% with a still downwards trend, and his average exp has gone from almost 1000 down to 850.

I'm sure there's also a way Wargaming can go through the accounts logs seeing where the account was accessed from (i.p). and see how many other accounts match to that particular i.p address (half the clan )

No, I know that the account is obviously a purchased account. However, the amount of digging and researching required for wargaming to commit to each and every active account across all servers just isn't worth it. and no, im not "anti-wn8"

I'm not defending the guy here at all, BUT, massive dips in stats can be attributed to a few things, such as illness, or a recent handicap etc.

Seems like that same player has another account now and right back in the same clan n same position as Exec. Officer.   WG obviously showing it's "Fair Play" policy bout as well as PR department handling issues.

I never really understood WG's ban on selling accounts. Seems like their motivation (in earning a profit) would be to get players to play as many games as possible. I guess they think if there's a ban, then a new player will start a new account, spend lots of money and play lots of games. I look at it differently; imo if someone wants to sell their account it means they're finished with the game anyway. Makes sense to let someone else buy it, who will then play games. Or perhaps it's somebody who wants to re-roll in which case WG gets two players playing games. I'm not sure I see such a big downside to WG's profit line if they were to allow people to sell accounts.

That's exactly why F2P games don't like you selling their accounts, because they don't get the profits.

Right now if they make one wrong move I'm bouncing. Simple as that.

They don't care if you talk about this, you just can't name and shame the offender.  That'll get you banned.

The person didn't mention the players name once...

So if a person were to start a new account and load every cheat available, how long before they get banned?

I would bet never.

And even if they did get caught, what would stop them from just doing it again?

IP ban? Nah that is easy to get around.

What if they simply moved over to another server cluster?

Stopping the cheaters is a long term losing proposition.

The only way is psychological. Put fear into people.

Causation/Correlation:

Seems to me a lot of people left the game right around the time "Fair Play" was introduced.

Just a thought.

This is what the ban all mods guys dont get. The cheats wont care if no mods are allowed, they will STILL find a way to use them. All banning all the mods will do is punish the normal player using legitimate mods, because unlike the cheating scumbags, they will follow the rules.
