Edit: Sent in a ticket myself and I just get the same copy-paste bot response about technical limitations. How'd you get a human to answer your ticket?

Hi guys - just wanted to share my feedback. I opened a ticket again, asking for any information about the transfer, citing their own forum post :

While no time line was volunteered, the tone and implications do reassure me a little, although 8 months is a rather long time to be saying 'we're still working on it'. I suggest anyone who's interested in making the transfer happen, log your own tickets from time to time, so that Wargaming is aware of the number of players waiting for them: Posting on the forums doesn't accomplish much.

They surely moved some of their employees account and did it secretly "last november". Incompetence at its height. Its better to start a Forum post about selling Account thnt moving to another server as these incompetent wg employees are into gaming work for the first time. Will take them time to adjust or get their selves kicked out of the industry. Pathetic!

"What are some additional details about the server transfer? ... We promise to track every request and take it seriously and want to make it happen."

 

 

Hi guys - I opened another ticket and demanded updates. As you can see from their response, support is unaware of any progress to date.

I encourage EVERYONE (even if you're not interested in moving, but want all the South Africans to stop kicking your [edited]) to open regular support tickets along the lines of "When is it happening?".
