Hi, tankers!

It is well known that WG is trying to expand in the SA region, and it would be a great idea releasing premium tanks that we as South Americans are familiar with. For instance, here in Peru, we know the LTP, which was a very successful modification of the LT-38. We even used them in a war against Ecuador.

What do you think?

FTR article on the vehicle in question; yes, I think it would be cool! I've heard of several interesting light tank variants and modifications from South America; they would be fun to have.

Your museum in Lima needs a bit of work...

Can you get them to change the captions to be correct?

But seriously, although it's not a bad idea, given the tier level, I can't see anyone spending much time on it. It is more likely that we would have a number of LatAm vehicles such as Brazilian, Argentinian or Chilean. Vehicles such as the X1A2 would be of higher tier and of greater appeal to more players.

I will not answer directly, I just give you some clues ....

1- The war takes place in 1941-42.
2- The dispute is over a territory in the Amazon in which there is oil.
3- In that territory Ecuador allows the exploitation to the Royal Dutch Shell (Anglo Dutch) and Peru to Standard Oil (USA)

4- Great Britain never had problems in propitiating a war if there is profit, and the US is even more prone to wage wars for profit....

5- ... but,  at that time Holland is occupied by Germany and Great Britain under attack, meanwhile the US does not enter into war .

It’s not to say that Ecuador did not have any tanks later on.

It does or did have T55 and AMX 13.

But it did not have any tanks to put up against the LTP at the time of that conflict.

I think you might be overlooking a few of Spain's little endeavors... lol.

Spain is one of histories biggest offender of human dignity,

But not for oro... no, no, no. It was all for the glory of god.

I will never understand how Spain gets off the hook historically for the current state of the world.

Here in Argentina we have AMX 13 105, M4A1 Revalorise (Which is called "M4 Repotenciado" here) with 105mm main gun.

And we also have some tanks that were manufactured here like the "Nahuel D.L. 43":

https://es.wikipedia...i/Nahuel_DL-43.

And then we have the TAM (Tanque Argentino Mediano - Argentine Medium Tank) which is basically a Marder tank that fits a turret with a 105mm L7 main gun. It also has a new variant called TAM-2C IP

We also had fireflys and standard m4 shermans with the 75mm main gun.
