Ever since after Christmas I've been having  FPS issues, and my FPS would only drop when ever i move my mouse.  I have a Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 with a Intel core i7-4770k 3.50 GHz.  I tried updating my drivers and that didn't solve my issue.  So now I have no clue at what is causing this issue.

You may need to run the game client integrity check just to make sure it's not in the game.  I would also check my computer setting for the mouse.

Have you upda...oh ok

Is motion blur on? I would recommend looking through the games graphics settings and making sure they're fine.

Or maybe mods?

Per the earlier poster if you run mods try SAFE mode via the launcher arrow.

Then I'd go to settings and double check your settings for your mouse in the client per the earlier poster.  Even if they're unchanged I'd tinker with them and change it a bit then change it back to see if that might do something.  This should be a little quicker, but the integrity check is pretty quick too.  Basically a reinstall, but it only replaces missing/corrupt files after doing a check, so a lot faster than a full reinstall.

It's in the upper right of launcher under settings then support tab.  I'd restart my system after I did it.

Good luck.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions on how to resolve my issues.  I will immediately try to implement your suggestions.  As to Metagross555 question about mods, no I don't have any mods.  I am running a mod free game.

I don't know if this will be an issue, but my operating system is 64 bit and the game is that I download from WG is 32 bits.  Could that be the cause of my problems?  Though I've never had an issue prior to December.

I've experienced constant ping chaos since the last update. No connection to NA or SA servers are better than 300 ms ping and when the battle begins - as well as throughout the battle, the ping is often 600-999 and it makes gameplay... un-playable.

What is wrong with the servers?

EDIT: I have had nothing but excellent ping rate prior to the update. My gaming PC is brand new and when I go to "recommended graphics settings" it puts my settings to maximum. Even manually lowering them to minimum does not change the ping rate and gameplay ping.
