Getting really tired of the Support department reading the same 10 responses off a script for every issue that gets sent in. Ask for someone who can talk freely and not copy-paste the script, you get another script reader. Ask for a supervisor, get another copy-paste minion.

It's almost like most questions people can ask gets asked before and eventually you just make these things to speed things along or something.

 

I wish I had that when I worked at call centers, where I just press a button and not have to repeat the same thing over and over.

Which would work except the responses don't address the issues. I have had more relevant responses from a pet fish.

The support department is a program, not actually people.  They don't have people working in their support department.
