I heard of this the sequel to the (1970) Patton movie but could never find it, but it appears to have surfaced on YouTube in it's entirely.  Has anyone else seen The Last Days of Patton before?

I thought that this was new news.

This movie almost made me sad watching him die slowly

I never even heard of this movie.  I saw one quite some time ago starring George Kennedy about a conspiracy theory that said Patton was killed by an assassin using an air gun that fired a hard rubber projectile made to look like a car part.  When the planned traffic accident happened, the assassin shot him in the side of the neck, breaking it.  This movie was, indeed, quite moving.

Own both.

GC Scott aged a couple hundred years between 1970 and 1986, when Last Days was made ...

I have seen it.

The only thing I remember about it was seeing 'Patton' (George C. Scott) in a hospital bed, in traction.  With Mrs. Patton tell someone that General Patton did not want to have Beetle Smith visit him.  It was a made for TV movie.  I also remember that it being mezza mezza.

Wow, your right about that, when he did this movie, he was younger the actual Patton, but he looks so much older.  But then again, the real Patton sounded so much older then George Scott here.
