How do you find where all of your discounts are, I was able to before, but now that the server has updated I don't know how to get to the page that displays all of your awards.

You have until March to claim them, don't listen to the troll.

 

When i logged in it gave me a notification that i had unused rewards with a button to click to go to them.  Not sure how else to get to them.

If you click the "Notification Center" in the bottom right of your garage. You might need to scroll it all the way near the top, if you haven't claimed all your rewards (tank discounts and/or crew), you will have a button that says "To Rewards". Clicking this will take you to where you can claim your crew and tank discounts.

Is there anything we can do with the high tier discounts that we won't be able to use ( i.e. i got level IX atmosphere but there's no way i'll grind through to a tier 9 in two weeks)

You have until march to pick a vehicle you want a discount for, then you can use that discount wheneve you get to that vehicle, it doesn't expire, but you only have until march to choose.

careful saying it doesn't expire.  I understand what you mean, but others might not.

 

you have until March to select your tank you want discounted.  Once you've selected that tank, the discount for it does not go away.  You MUST have selected a tank by March to relieve a discount.  If you have any female crew to select through the winter festivities then you will need to recruit them by March.

To find discounts - click on the background festive thingy to get to the decoration screen.  At the very top middle is the snowflake showing your level.  To the right of it is "Level Rewards".  Click on the appropriate level reward tank and the discount below to select the tank you want.
