*** got home tonight and ran the repair tool and it seems to have fixed the issue, i am back down to 45 ping! Happy days!! So anyone having ping issues follow the recomendations in the reply below!*** Anyone else experiencing higher than normal ping since 9.22? Pre patch i was anywhere from 35 on a good day up to 80 at the worst, averaging 55. Now i cant get it below 145, averaging 220. Didnt change my ISP, nothing was downloading, even reset my router and modem. Perhaps it was just an unlucky evening for me last night. Any and all feedback welcome. Cheers

I had that issue when the server first came back up. I ran the "check and repair file  integrity". As you first launch the game, (first screen), in the upper right corner click settings, then support tab, then check and repair file  integrity. Fixed mine and I'm back in the 40's.

I’ve beem fine, but I’ve heard others say it’s an issue for them.  Run the repair would be the first suggestion as above.  Then ticket time...

In the launcher under settings.  Second tab maybe?  Not in front of my computer.

I was having the same thing last night too. Ping was fine every other test I did but WoT was brutal. I actually had better ping to LATAM server than the USC.

I don't use the game client. I run it from the original desktop icon when I first installed the game. Go into your C:\games\wot folder and run WoTLauncher I've tested this and it works if running the G.C.

Ohhh I need to try this.  I've been getting crazy swings from one map to the next for ping.  Even up in the 900 range now and again (which is 100% unplayable lol).

I've been having a different type of ping issue. My ping would consistently be from 40-60 for anywhere from 5-10 games. Then, it jumps to 550-750 for about 10-15 secs. Still, somewhat playable provided I'm not in close-combat situations, but can get me into trouble as I might fully crest a hill before it registers the "back-the-F-up" button. Personally, I think it's my ISP slowly adjusting their services for when Net Neutrality gets repealed.

That sounds like it could be packet loss somewhere. Run a ping test next time it happens and maybe you can tell where it happens.

I tried this - didn't seem to help - maybe i'll restart modem, router and the game and see if that helps

I had the same issue last night ping higher than normal then goes thru the roof turns red for a bit then settles back and I always check game integrity after an update.  But from what I have experienced when the US server has more than 15K playing I get a higher ping.
