Good overall advice and nice article.   Although I have to admit it is entertaining blowing away enemies that don't grasp these concepts, it would be worth losing that for allies to learn them.  

It will also be worth it to stop hearing complaints like this one.

They for got to add that Australian gaming is a lag feast for NA servers, I olayed some late at night and never could get a hit on 90% when I did it was low persentage.....much less with there wireless connections, which they need to get online, but it wasen't made for gaming, and also on thing to add in the last couple of days I been killed next to buildings with arty on the other side they hit the roof and kills me did some one make a new problem for the tank from arty ??....CHEERS

Yes always waste your ammo, valuable time shooting the track of a tank, that way you allow the enemy gunner a more stable platform in order to waste you. I have seen so many dumb little and some stupid big tanks doing this mess. Guess what,you have pissing them off and have giving them a better reasons to shoot you. Normally with a gun that will problem drop you in one or maybe two shots.  Your arty buddy nine times out of ten is not even paying attrition to something on the other side of the map or hiding behind a rock or building or even being an idiot looking for half dead tanks to shoot. like the kv tank hiding somewhere to shoot . Here is a better idea , u have one shot , shoot out the gun. even if the guy fixes it , it may not shoot strait. Nothing is as funny watching some of these giant tanks , miss or bounce shots because their gun is all out of wack. A quick fix right there on the spot is gonna cost them time and credits to fix , or in the case of people with bottomless wallets , real money to fix. I have had countless games where some dum little tank has tried its best to track me , but only to find a rater large loaded gun and a rater good gunner pointing it at them. Tracking tanks is a sure way to die in one shot. Here is a even better idea. Their are tones of tank destroyer( TDS) and artillery units running around . they are totaly reliant on there tracks to stay mobile and to point a gun at you . Put an end to the "Turning Game" , or "Arty last Stand Desperate Panic shot" by blowing the SOB tracks off. then shot them; Say..... in the side or my favorite-9
their rear end( lol). you want to get ammo racked by something you should not be shooting at shoot his tracks , you want to buy some time to get away aim for the gun

I like, "Count the tanks."  If 2 guys are engaging 7 tanks you may have an advantage on your side of the map so put away the marshmellows and attack.
