I had unlocked 3 and only used one.  After a brief hiatus, I'm back and I want my ladies with me.

You still should be able to, when the game launches you should net a notification in game.
Do it quickly tho.

I have at least one, I ignored the notification for some time. Now I don't get it anymore - can you dig it up in the garage UI?

You should use these soon.  They won't survive the 1.0 transition and may be eliminated before then.  They certainly won't be available for Italian tanks.

Apparently, the Italian premium tank will not be released by mid-March:

 

"The girls you received from New Year stuff will NOT live unrecruited long enough for you to be able to train them to Italian tanks."
