Lol 1 g  ISP service makes it look small for sure    I do not have max but close enough only took me 10 mins

It's the pre down load for the next big update 1.0. Expect a few more over the next few weeks.

But, then why we have about 3% complete for about 3.3 GB? Where are the rest of pre-installed files?

 

It been going on and off, on and off. Why is that?

This. I went shopping, came back, just at 41%. And comp sluggish as hell. When I moused over the update icon, I said I could change the upcoming update speed in settings. Turned out, my future update speed was set at the lowest possible speed. changed it to "unlimited", done in a couple minutes. So, just a tip, might wanna check "upcoming update" speed in ur settings.

It took me an hour at 1.9 megabytes per second lol

I downloaded it at 12.9Mb/sec.  Considering I had DSL for the first 2 years I played this game, it was a blink.
