So I come out of a battle and I get one of those WG pop-up ads for 30% off 1 item in the  premium shop.  I already own the Worlds Greatest Freemium Account® so no thanks anyway WG, I appreciate it!

Then I decide to click on that icon in the corner to see other notices and I see this:

The one says this...

Placeholders for ads targeted to me, the biggest non-paying mooch in the history of WoT.  Makes perfect sense to me.

Except WG is obviously keeping track of who pays up and who doesn't.  It's a stat.  Which can only mean one thing.  If I ever paid for anything my status would change to payer, and ergo, my account will change.  Then for example, if I paid $5 will the soft stats on my premium tanks improve?  Will the hp pools on my premium tanks  hitboxes increase?  And If I coughed up $100 will I not only get that will I also get "improved" mm?  Hmmm?  Would dumping $500 at Christmas have made my TOG levitate over Mines like some magical death machine?  The answer, of course, is obviously.

This brings me to my original point.  I have the Worlds Greatest Freemium Account®.  No way anyone can knock me off that throne.  Not any one of you, not WG.  Pffft.

I have 47 premium/gift tanks (yeah, I'm not ashamed. I kept every one of those stupid tier 2's because I'm also sitting on 20 more empty garage slots.  That's 150 garage slots after starting with, what, 6?). I have 172 bunks in my barracks for no good reason.  I have 290 days of premium time left after 3 or so years of free time, I'm sitting on 9k gold after earning well over 100k+ gold career.  I could go on but I don't want to upset any of you sensitive types..

Other than 'I dont pay for a game that's not making me pay' - I don't really see the point here.

Actually an investment in anything aluminum could prove interesting right now.  Tariffs equaling 25% on import steel and aluminum are creating havoc in the market.  But that's another story.

In regards to being a paying player, I can tell you this.  I have thousands invested in this game and have never seen any kind of boost to my account because I am a payer.  And if I am experiencing some sort of buff, I'd hate to see my stats without it.

Well if he doesn't have a paying job, then his time has no $$ value.

His time has value for WG. WG wants people’s money and/or time.

WG does not allow f2p players out of the goodness of their heart. lol

Yes, you will get better match making, rng, win rates, stats and teams if you pay money in this game. It has helped the majority of players that you see in pub battles driving around in their new tier 8 premium tanks right? They all kick butt every time. Oh wait...

his picture has an M4A1 Rev in the background.  Are there/were there free ways to get that tank without paying at one point?  (I mean, maybe there were, i stopped playing for almost 2 years).

Thoughts?

If not, then he payed for something or had it gifted to him... one of the three.
