Annoying messages

Is there a way to disable the messages next to the damage that we deal.

Because its not like we have already a commander and sounds telling us the obvious...

This is highly annoying and useless, plus in lower tier these messages are spamy and unreadable.

For me it was that "settings panel" in game.

My god i cannot stand that thing it wont go away.  Even after you click on it and change the settings and acknowledge it it just doesn't go away.

I'm more annoyed by the terrible alarm/buzzer that goes off every time you get hit with dmg or a critical hit.  

It almost sounds like the 6th sense buzzer but its way more annoying and actually totally unhelpful.  Only way to turn it off is to turn off effects all together.  I haven't heard a gun fire in this game for over a year.
