Over the past five years, I have sent in many tickets. The responses were always a week later with a copy/pasted response that made it clear they did not even read the ticket. I have been unable to properly run the game since Patch 1.0 and tried everything I could think of. I finally submitted a ticket yesterday (Sunday) expecting the usual stupidity from them. I got a reply within a few hours that properly addressed my issues (I had already followed their guide on how to make a WGCheck Report which was easy to read and follow) within a few hours.I followed the instructions exactly and it resolved my issue right away. I messaged back to let them know that the issue was fixed and the Ticket could be closed. Within 15 minutes I got a polite response for issue resolved, AND IT WAS ACTUALLY IN PROPER ENGLISH!

I never thought I would say this about WG Support, but I commend them for their vast improvements. Well done.

Depends WHERE in Texas...

My sister and her husband are in Dallas right now and it is a city of idiots and jerks.

They like Fort Worth, though...

It is arguable that Austin isn't really Texas, but actually a Chia Pet that got let loose years ago and grew exponentially.  But I'm really glad Wargaming is there now because they will certainly help "Keep Austin Weird."

this is highly regional in both states. however, last i checked, california had more latino population than texas, and a higher legal and illegal population of mexican and south american immigrants than texas.

New staff.

Wait till they get used to working support and dealing with the multitude of nonsensical tickets from a sizeable chunk of this slack witted player base.

Then they'll also be in Foxtrot it mode and copying pasting while multi-tabbing the internet to maintain their sanity.

Game support has been great to me so far.  Responses are quick, to the point, and helpful
