Recently I have had 6 or 7 games where my tank will not move off of the larger. The turret will move and shoot. I have received several inactive and un sportsman thumbs down because of this situation. I have tried several actions to correct this situation , but none have helped. This does not happen regularly, but it is annoying .

Sounds like you have a bad internet connection or bad packet loss.

Keyboard or keyboard configuration. That’s my first guess.

Turret turning and shooting is the responsibility of your client software. Tank moving is the responsibility of WG's host software: when you hit a key to order a move, your order gets sent to the server, which calculates the effect, and sends the result back to the client so it can display the new situation for you. If your connection drops (whether during a short-term packet loss or a total disconnect), your tank sits still.

If you're experiencing this problem repeatedly, then test your connection (hit the Windows Start button, type "cmd [enter]", type "ping -t wotna3.login.wargaming.net" ) . Keep playing, and when the game misbehaves, look at the pinging window.

Always pays to check your hardware, too.  An intermittent fault, as any car mechanic will tell you, is always the hardest to diagnose.  Try swapping things like the keyboard with a friend or relative, see if it makes a difference.  Even seemingly new keyboards and other hardware items can develop faults.  I had an ASUS Strix keyboard where the W key became flaky, even when I was typing I'd get repeated "w" typed without wanting it.  It was less than 6 months old at the time, and I'd bought it new (it was also oddly unintuitive, you had to watch where you were putting your fingers a lot more than other keyboards I've had).  Using a Corsair Strafe keyboard now, and it's working well.
