so i get a lot of server disconnects (thats another matter), but when i disconnect in game, and i reconnect back into the game, i can no longer chat with teammates, ping the map, or even use the in-game signals for that current game (games after that it works again, actually i just checked, i have to restart game). i never noticed it before until a few days ago.

just recent last battle, i flipped on a rock after disconnecting earlier, and i couldn't even signal for help, luckily a teammate noticed and flipped me back.

Happens to me as well.  I have to restart my computer for it to work again.  Been going on for months now.  Not often, but it's very annoying.

Yep. It's a bug. Was watching a live stream last night and it happened to him.

Try alt tabbing to desk, it worked for me when I was in-game. I couldn't use chat or equipment before that.

I had this problem when the stupid soccer thing started. I would freeze up and have to restart. At first, I didn't notice problem with chat and pinging the map. After a week or so, I figured out what the problem was. My video driver. I had the up to date drivers that were working just fine before the soccer mode crap started. I had to reinstall older drivers to fix the problem. So far I haven't had the same problem. Guess I can now update my video drivers and see what happens.
