I appreciate that Province has been returned.  This means we're now only missing 22 maps, 18 of which are unique:

  18. Windstorm Also not a completely awful map, I assume it just wasn't converted in time for 1.0.

whats up with removing a decimal place from the gun reload timer? why would we want it to be LESS precise?

It would be great if the gun emplacements on Frontline could fire periodically, not at players of course, just out to sea like they are resisting the invasion. Would add a great visual to the game and a sense of urgency.

 the patch was suppose to fix the problem of getting damage sound but its still resist i cant hear the sound of recieved shots some times

I didnt have any sound in my second match and load times are worse. This all worked in the test server how could you screw this up so badlly?

Are MOE Working on the NA servers?  I heard it is not on the EU servers.

No battle screen.  Just the minimap and a nice picture from whatever map the battle happens to be on.  And over-the-tank markers for teammates and enemies floating in the picture if I happen to look the proper direction.  Game is now unplayable (for me).

I havent attempted to load up the game. but for over 700meg of update and patches. I would hope there would be more info on game fixes.. We appreciate that your adding more tanks into the game, Just wish you guys (WG Dev. Team)  would actaully spend time in the forums (not hiding behind your monitors laughing at us) and responding to your clients that you are working on trying to fix MAAAAAAANNNYYY of the problems that came with 1.0 and now watching the forum fill up with even MORE problems with 1.0.1.

 

Even if it may be a total BS lie, at least we would know that you peek at the all the constant posts of all the battle load, game load, sound issues, and all the other Crud that is causing your clients to diminish more each day.

i dont like province map for high tier and this map base too [edited]... for tier 7-10 is not suitable to play on this map.

 

i recommended province map for low tier 3-6. but this map is not great to play due people rushing each side map and goes up hill then split 2 ways. 1 way to from far away to hit base spawn then other way is shortest go to base spawn.

 

too crapi would rate province map 2.5 / 10 and feel like play too quickly.

1.0.1 Feedback :

 

1)- i played province twice ( tier 7 AMX 13 57 ) with binoc and good crew and a bush waiting 15 minutes and have around +/- (5k spoting/ 1.5/2k dmg)... it even worst than what it was befor =.=.. befor i remember north(line abc 123 890 if im not mistaken ) crossing left to right .. now never i will move from the start point find a bush that cover our base and wait. 

 

2)- Italian Tier 4 P26/40 is my new favorite tank in the game... ( until it get nerfed because we all know that will happen one day....mayby even befor Bobject 268v4 coz this isnt russian )... 

 

3)- No Bobject 268V4 nerf... WG we are waiting it ! we are waiting you to answer.... !!!! ( ohhh almost forgot it russian... #no nerf incomming ) 

 

4)- heavy french rework/buff .. kinda expected.. 

 

5)- CW tank buff ... M60 i expect to see it more.... mayby...

 

6)- did i forget about the Bobject 268 V4 not gettin nerf ??? ... 

 

7)- Frontline Mode... already 15vs15 is alot of players... 30 vs 30 ..i dont like this.. just too many players with different skill and ability to work in team and pressing W is sometime the biggest issue in (Standard/Assault/Encounter).. i will not invest time and effort on it srry.. ( BUT the Medal that you can earn look really cool ).. 

 

8)- In-game hints ... I love this.. really usefull.

 

9)- Improvements and Fixed Issues :  Fixed a number of issues related to penetration decals, missing sounds/effects of incoming hits, and improper display of the penetration marker.  ( in my opinion this isnt fix ... sound missing in alot of my TD in sniper mode not having any sound and after switch between ''Shift '' and mouse wheel .. the sound come back normal sometime..or i got to close and reopen the game )  ...

 

i give : 6.7/10 for the patch.. italian tank are great , game balance ( except no nerf to the bobject 268v4 =.=.. )

Just a warning for those of you unused to opinions that may differ from yours, this is just my opinion...

 

To me it appears that province at higher tiers is yet again a massive flop. With only one kind of play style actually working. Kemping bush. In a tier 8 match in my tier 6 medium, I spent over half the match cowering behind various rocks, as did most of my team, because if I was to take advantage of my mediums ability to fight at close range and close the distance I would immediately be killed by the entire camping enemy team, sitting just outside my spotting range. As is the same thing that would happen for them by my own team. And the majority of the damage done by the enemy team in the match being done at 300m or more. This map is honestly, just as crap with high tiers as before, as its increase in size has no impact on what people hated about it. In fact I feel this increase in size has made the map worse, as camping just outside of tanks spotting range is more a given at the more mid tiers. "more active engagements that force both teams to clash face-to-face." not from what I have seen there arent. T here are also so many better maps that could have been added back into the game with much better battle dynamics...

 

Anyway, wargaming as far as I see it, you failed big time with this one.

People don't look at the map, and you expect them to notice that the game has a reload timer? ;)

I generally agree, but would say it's a map for tiers 2-5 (and even that's iffy). 

Why make a map where the main camping spots are 400 meters away with bushes that don't give much camo, when the tanks have 400+ meter view range?  What ends up happening is that the top tier heavies camp behind buildings and arty smacks anyone that attempts assault.   Then half the time when you assault, if successful you see that all your campers are dead and now you have no safe way to get back to defend your sides ridge.

It's a slightly enlarged original map with huge areas that are inaccessible mountains.  It needs to be a 1000x1000 or 1200x1200 map with most of the big mountains off-map, and more cover in the valley.

I know we can all make jokes about the Italian Army's performance during WWII, but not even they would have the emblems of tanks divisions displayed on sides of their tanks running away.

 

Both the centaur of the 131st Centauro and the charging ram of the 132nd Ariete display on turrets sides towards the rear, as if they were running away. Couldn't find anything for the 131st, but did find find several painting on pinterest (tanks and support trucks) with the ram of the 132nd charging forward.

 

Could we please have these emblems turned forward?
