yep cave to the baddies that can't track and flank a casement TD that wants to fight them head on.   No I don't own this TD

I don't know what game your playing as your statement might apply 1 vs 1 which doesn't happen all that often on hallway maps.

This was a pleasant surprise. Make no mistake, the 268v4 shouldn't have been introduced in the first place, but at last the weakspots may actually become weakspots. Seriously though, for a second there I really did think the dev team was prepared to let this abomination stay as it is for at least another several months even in spite of the glaring 57% average WR. I'm relieved to see that they realized their mistake ahead of schedule.

Now the interesting question is whether or not the tactics change post-nerf. Regardless to how successful it is, if the 268v4 isn't played as aggressively then remind me again why the 263 had to be replaced?

I honestly don't like the direction of these nerfs. Instead of moving the v4 more towards the tank it replaced and what the line used to be about (high DPM with decent armor and mobility), its being left as this well armored tank with awful DPM.

That aside, it is good its being nerfed and these changes seem reasonable, if perhaps not enough. I think that's a good thing though: Gradual nerfs/buffs to hone in on the ideal balance is better than huge changes that much more likely to be excessive. I do feel when this approach is being used (if that is indeed the case), it would be better changes were made more quickly (it's been 3 months since the 268v4 was added, probably closer to 4 by the time these changes reach live), particularly when you have a tank that is over performing by such an egregious degree (as I'm almost certain you were aware of within the first few weeks).

Not good enough, you cant even pen the copula with 340+ pen.. Its a joke. This tank is a pure joke... If any 48% win player suddenly has a 60% win in the tank.... You know something is wrong............

With the second phase of changes revealed today, can we just get the old Obj. 263 back? The Obj. 268/4 in its current state isn't fun to play because of how non-challenging it is. But these changes are going to make it not fun to play because it will simply be a bad tank. The issue with the Obj. 268/4 isn't necessarily its stats, but the design of the tank itself. It simply shouldn't have been added to the game because its IRL design is just too powerful compared to its in-game peers.

Please, just revert the changes made to this branch of tank destroyers. It has caused nothing but trouble for the game since its revision.

I'm still never forgiving the usurpation of the formerly balanced tier 10 263 for this thing.

Totally agreed. All the line needed was wider gun sweeps and more depression.

Not good enough.

Same thing like Type 5 **armour** nerfs. Ten (mm) armour nerf, big deal. A joke

This will not lessen the performance at all. A joke

-15O horsepower, -2 top speed, those are jokes too
