Is this thing even worth trying to get?

Everyone I've talked to seems to like it.  And FWIW, QB does as well.......

I have no interest in the line yet.  Only have to Tier 4.

Not sure, but I'm on the tier IX Standard B and I'd be happy to give you my impressions of the tank thusfar.

Personally, as someone who has lots of experience with Czech autoloaders, I feel right at home in this thing. It's got high mobility, a pretty large profile, and negligible armor.

It does well, my winrate is only about 51% with 33 battles but I'd say the last (at least) five battles involved me yolo'ing in and dying like a derp because I'm way too aggressive after playing Frontlines all day :P

Overall, I think the vehicle suffers from the fact that the intra-clip reload is 3 seconds per shot. Often you find yourself wanting to dish out more damage but your target skitters away in the last .5s of your reload. The reload for the second and third shell are a bit painful in general, when comparing to the tier VIII. However, that isn't to say the vehicle is bad. It's a solid all-arounder with a fresh mechanic that creates some interesting possibilities, but it doesn't outshine the Skoda T50 in terms of classic autoloader burst potential.

It's fun to play and easy enough to get ~2k+ damage in every game, but difficult to have absolute monster games in because you spend so much of your battle reloading. Would I recommend it? Yes, if you play a lot of autoloaders, I think you will enjoy the line once you hit tier VIII+

Not bad but not great.  Think it will be a pub tank and never see any CW play unless Tank locking comes back.  After the honey moon is over for the line I don't think you will see that many

I will likely get the Italian tier 10, just to have, but I think I would rather play the Czech tier 10...

The Italian tier 4, 6 and 9 look very interesting to me, especially the 4 and 6, they seem to have some unique atributes...the rest are "meh", I think...

Can you elaborate on these "unique" abilities?  Especially for the tier 6?

They are not unique 'abilities' rather unique attributes.  The 4 has troll HE useable vs tier 5 and below.  The 6 is dominant when high tiered due to alpha and workable when not

Thanks for the replies gentleman I appreciate the input! I probably will continue to go forward towards the tier 10.

Last night in the tier 9 I had the biggest earning of XP of any game I've ever played in any tank Ihad earned over 14,000 XP in one game with it with relatively low damage of around 4000 for some reason Thanks again for the replies

The 6 actually has a little armor to justify the sluggish mobility, too.

I have nearly the entire Line in my Garage....       lol

I'm in the Process of getting another Crew together for my Standard B....     I have my Original Progetto 46 Crew in my Prog 65 and they're working on their 4th Skills, maybe 5th....     The Tank is Good, no Armor, but the View Range and the Gun generally mean the Armor doesn't get used much....     I just don't have the Patience to wait for things, so I'm typically right in the Middle of the Storm....       Not always a Good Idea, but sometimes it Pays Off...

It is a Tad Slower to get going than the Standard B, but it Turns on a Dime and the Turret Rotation is pretty good too....     And that 4th Round is a BIG Help....
