It is a free rental tank for noobs, or people who have been unable to grind out their own tier 8 tanks.  If you don't like it, you can either use the other free rental tank they give you for free, grind your own tier 8, or buy any of the premiums from any nation.  Whining that the free tank they supply with a free crew that you get to keep is just sad.  if you don't like it, don't play it.

(edit) It looks like you already have an IS-3 and a T34.  What are you complaining about?  That T32 means that even if you really suck at Frontline, you will have enough tanks to keep playing, even if both your regular tanks get knocked out.

It’s a free tank!  Some people and their sense of entitlement....  He’s just about whining, “They should have given me a Defender!”

If they gave out two Russian tanks, bias would be confirmed!

Presumably, WG are hoping to sell a few premiums; isn't that the rather obvious motivation behind the T32 FL...?

The T44 isn't too awful.

Why waste time whining; it could be a lot worse...

Wow.  The OP gets called on whining about a free tank, then starts insulting others.  Seriously dude.  It is a free game that gave you a free tank to play in the new game mode.  If you don't like it, you can always spend money or spend time to get better tanks.  In case you hadn't noticed, they are running a business here.  That free tank lets people who normally wouldn't be able to play that tier actually play.

T32 isn't bad at all at tier 8, it lacks competitiveness against 9s and 10s in pubs but against 8s it won't be a slouch.

I guess complaining about a free thing is the trend these days.  Potatoes gotta potate, right?

They chose the 32 because its the all around more comfortable heavy with good hull down, decent mobility, and a good turret. They could have gone with the IS3 but then they really would be going for that soviet bias everyone hates.

Here is the thing, sparky.  If you aren't giving them money, your only purpose in the game is as the target.  YOU are the product they are offering to their paying customers.  You are cheaper than an AI, and provide enough entertainment value to keep the paying customers happy.  That is why they gave you that tank.  Not because it is spectacular, or horrible.  But because it is average.  It has no real advantages or disadvantages.  It just lets them cram one more target... I mean player, into the game for the paying customers to shoot at.  You don't like it?  So?  What difference does that make. As was pointed out before, you can put in the time or money to get something else.  If you don't want to, that is fine.  but don't whine about it.  The rest of us really don't care.  The evil company is trying to make money by getting people to play their game.  How horrible.

It's a hull down monster, accommodates most American heavy crews, workable pen and mobility.  If you can't make a hull down tank work, there's some underlying issues.
