-5 Meters less view range isn't anything significant
-The 0.1 sec turret traverse difference is due to connection variation and frame-rate, not really a reliable statistic.
-The hull traverse is the only noticeable difference and it is fairly significant; although this is due to the ground resistance differences.
-Basically, only buy the tank if you want it for a collection.
It would be an more accurate test if you had the two tanks side by side in team training, give an overhead view of both tanks turning in place using a free-cam mod to show the differences. Going through a video editor can leave you with unreliable and fluctuating statistics.
tl:dr - The premium version is worse than the non-premium version, what a surprise.
and they both still die just as easily..
I just shoot it in the rear Side of the turret when they not expecting or see me.. Total Ammo Rack go BOOM!..
I even find myself now hunting these on any of my T6-8 tanks, even on my 59-16 WZ 131 and 132 LOL..
So keep using them, I enjoy the easy go boom kills Loving the Trend of dead Heavies on the field.

You best hope you don't run into my KV-2...
Unlike these scrub wallet warriors I can actually play mine.

The hull traverse rates wont ever be the same because of how hull traverse rates are calculated. One of the many calculations in the effective hull traverse equation is (elite engine HP/stock engine HP). For premium tanks this is 1. For tech tree tanks this often ends up more than 1. (In the case of the KV-2 its actually 1.2).
Id like to see the hull traverse tests tested again on all the terrain types with a completely fresh 100% crew (no skills) to see if the KV-2 ® really is faster, because that flies in the face of everything we know about how effective traverse is calculated.
My apologies to wargaming but I have no interest in buying a KV-2 premium, just not my kind of tank.

Now imagine doing the same thing in an Alecto while hiding in some tall grass .....

Lend-Lease Oil:
Increases engine power (and therefore, vehicle acceleration) by 5% for a single match.
Lend-Lease Oil is available only for Soviet vehicles regardless of engine type.
Removed Speed Governor:
While activated, it adds 10% to engine power.
Effect stacks with Lend-Lease Oil/Quality Oil via multiplication (15.5% combined bonus).
Extra Combat Rations:
Adds a flat 10% to the training level of all roles (i.e. driver drives faster)

Further testing shows there must have been something else different as other's have pointed out, the tanks are all but identical in a straight line up hill or down:
