was just in a match where this IS driver on the enemy team was raging about my tiger and how i killed a hetzer(felt for the hetzer he shouldn't have been a teir 5,6,7 match) anyway then i killed a vk3601 damaged a M6 before finally getting to this IS the very IS that was raging :Smile-izmena:  at me. He was at 100% i was as at 38% killed him without help and made my day. Russian tank players shouldn't  get so made when their killed by a tiger its hard. but hey i guess they get used to being one of the best nations for heavy tanks

what do you mean he was raging about the Tiger? Was he one of the people who thinks it's underpowered or something?

You had me until the best tree comment, each nation has tanks on their trees that are both good and bad, and a LOT depends on the player in each. The Tiger is a great tank if you play it right, better than the IS in many respects, especally with the L71 88mm gun. I play the T34 heavy myself and its weakness is well known, i've learned where to go to hull down, its that simple. I feel for the IS3 drivers who have had good hull armor up until the IS3 and then get a rude shock when a King Tiger 3 shots them through the hull. The IS3 isnt a bad tank, you just have to learn to play it is all, as with anything...lol

I wouldnt lump this guy in the IS with all Russian tank players. I have seen every tank driven by a moron. Hell I have even been a moron a time or two. Morons are not a class specific quality.

Well, I suppose this is better than having to hear a german tank driver whining that he's been unfairly nerfed and that russian tanks are OP.  Change of pace and all that...

I watched a cowardly tiger driver hide in the back corner of the 'Shire one match.  They're everwhere, and they drive everything.

IS rages that Tiger is able to kill things... He must have been one of the people that were told 'Russian Bias, go for Russian tanks, their e-z mode lol' and thought that because the tank they drive has a red star on it then they don't have to learn to play... Not all Soviet tank players are like this, of course.

Did that tiger driver get any kills? If he did, then job's done, nothing to scoff at.

It's almost as if all the complaining from those playing the Tiger convinced him that taking one would be easy, glad you showed him otherwise though it's a bit sad it was an IS, it's barely more capable then the Tiger.

i should not have generalized like that making all russian tank players sound bad. I have however(and its different for everyone) been mocked alot for driving a tiger instead of a tiger P or russian tank players saying my tiger is useless i just found it funny that this guy was mad because i was doing well. for all i know he was a troll who knows

Getting kills doesn't meant getting the job done. If he camped the corner then he already failed utterly.

One of my most fun matches with the tiger i had 3 kills and was down to 32%, then i meet an IS-3(had upgraded turret and BL-9) at 78%, he was my fourth kill, soloed him alone. He was very bad, pretty sure he got into the russian line after hearing it's easy mode.

But it's easy to notice the soviet tankers playing badly, they don't know how to exploit their strenghts and instead camp and try to snipe with their IS series.

Yeah one guy was telling everyone to camp at Malinovka while the scout zoomed across. I told him "I am not going to camp" he proceeded to call me a lemming. I said "I cant hit sh!t from this distance with my IS4, there is no sense revealing my position to their arty, if I am going to die I am going to die with my gun in someones face" I died climbing the hill to the windmill, but I died doing what I wanted to do, not what someone thought I should be doing.

Last time when I "camped the corner" in Tiger with the arty I've KOed 2 rushing meds and whittled down 2 Lowes and IS3 to a few %. Got Confederate, Sniper and Master Gunner for that match. If that guy did something similar, how's that a fail?

Same goes for Lowes/KV5. Even saw Mouse player crawling solo across Malinovka against several tier 9 heavies waiting for him. Now, that was epic fail. Wanna bring up more of that kind of memories? I have quite a few, just ask  :Smile_harp:
