Do you know if the Progetto bundle was intentionally taken down today? It was supposed to be available for another 7 days (until June 1st). I submitted a ticket to support, and I also made this thread to capture the issue. I'd really like to get the tank, but I'm not able to.

 

Aside: Any word on being able to buy the Progetto by itself (without all the extras)?

It twas not intentional and our support team is looking into it. Keep corresponding with customer support as their are able to investigate this issue further.

Really selling premium tanks when you plan to remove Preferential match making on the Premiums

Why wont you guys offer the Progetto as a single unit, without all the crap and gabola you had with it?  Please always give us the plain option of just the tank as most of us just want the tank and nothing else.  All other packages are nice but plain is usually the way to go.

There is no specifics to the Pref MM changes at this time. Which also includes removing the feature.

Well, there are many definitions of "soon." >_> And so people will stress about it. "What if I have to wait three more months to get the tank by itself? Guess I'll just bite the bullet and buy the expensive bundle with the stuff I don't want now." It's just plain coercive.

$55 for a tier 8 medium?  That's freaking crazy.  That's as much as a Lowe or a T34 or other Tier 8 heavy!

But you publicly stated a fundamental change may be coming to pref tanks which is the removal of the pref feature which is why many people bought those tanks.

 

I was hoping the T44-100 would come to the store after playing in Frontline but why should I spend money on another premium if there is no guarantee that it will not be dramatically alterred in the future? I have enough credit/experience earners in my garage and I definitely don't need more of the same.

 

Wargaming alienated Mutant owners (and I say some are still really sour about it), now your company is doing the same to pref owners. There is an old saying "don't bite the hand that feeds you" and judging from the backlash Wargaming has done it again with the same small group that financially supports the game. I have taken a lot of customer service/sales courses over the years and I will tell you it is very easy to lose a customer and much harder to bring them back once lost. Then there is the cost of lost potential business because prospective customers are scared off from the word of mouth experiences that former customers tell their friends & family (in this case it runs its course on YouTube and forums like this).

I was waiting for the 44 100 to be on sale but for 70$ CAD I will not pay for it i already have plenty prems. Apart from a ussr med which I would like to have but not at that price.

This is what I don't get. Why is T44-100 soooooooooooo expensive over other prem meds?  I'm not sure what makes it special.

The Chinese is crazy on totally unrelated issues.

These two are not pref MMs, so WG should at least keep their face before another E25 money grab…?

Also on price. Never ggave any edited about it, I remember I got it for $10. Back then its part HPs were so bad it can't afford to take any hit in fear of yellow ammo rack or fire. I mostly played it then like a semi suicider. Then they buffed it hard enough so I can't get a mark on it...
