Hello all,

Long-time player, noob skills:

In your opinion, is it better to re-train crew tank skill at every tier, even if you stay for only a short period (say, tier 4-5), or do you wait until a higher tier before bothering to re-train tank skills?

Thank you for your feedback! Good hunting!

P.S.: I ask in the hope of training my Italian crew as quickly as possible.

You shouldn’t be on those tanks long enough for it to matter. Unless you retrain for gold, then by all means retrain the crew for he next tank.

Down low its maybe not worth it.  Tier V and above you’ll be there longer.

I tend not to worry about my crew below tier 5, but once you're on tier 5 you'll probably be on a tank long enough to get the XP to get it from 75% to 100% on the primary qualification (driver, loader, etc) so it become worth investing silver in crew at that level.

Specifically with the new Italian crew I selected secondary qualifications and let them accumulate XP towards those (though they take a penalty on their XP earnings when not on a premium tank or tank they're trained for), before retraining them at tier 5.

If you want to be liberal with the application of gold for retraining, then I'd say its probably worth retraining at every tier as you move up.
