So, I enter my tank into the que, the map login comes up, and I'm waiting a lengthly period of time to get into the map. When I do finally get into the map, the battle is already started, at which point, and E25 is pushing my SPIC, and had backed me up to the red line border of the map, lodging his vehicle under mine, which created ramming damage. Before I could do anything, I get notified that I'm suspended for team killing. So what recourse do I have?

Send the replay, if you have it, into support. That's about all you can do.

none in terms of your 'time-out'.

but, if the replay actually recorded you can submit a ticket for physics abuse.

if you don't have the replay, or it didn't record then none

Send a replay in with a ticket would be the best option imho.

If it's a 1 hour suspension, don't sweat it because it will be over before anyone reads your ticket.

Right click your WoT shortcut, select open file location, scroll up to the replays folder, find the replay in question.

WG will do nothing.  They don't care.

If you have played any games since the one in question it was erased and recorders over. Default setting is record last game played. If you don’t go into the replay folder and rename it, it is lost.

I am going to go out on a limb and offer that you haven't got that replay anymore.-- unless by luck you're still in your time out and you have a chance to recover it.

Here is the skinny.  When you become a WoT member and start playing your account is set by default to only record the last battle played.  This means, until you go into your Settings in the Game Client (when you are logged in, hit ESC, the Game Client Interface will show) choose the Settings Tab and then scroll down to nearly the bottom left corner of the General Settings tab.  There you will see a selection box that says: Enable Battle Recording.  The default is Last and you can select None (if you never care, then select this) or All.  Each file takes up about a meg of space.  I have almost all of mine since I started playing.  Like 18,000 of my 20K plus matches.  Takes up maybe 8 gig?  Not bad for four years.

You find your replays in your World of Tanks Folder under Games (if you took the default install path).  Inside the WoT folder will be subfolders.  One of them is marked Replays.  Take a wild guess as to what will be in there when you enable All in your Battle Recording?

If you haven't played since you got kicked, then you still have the replay.   Or, you still have time to at least avoid 'official' censure for a TK if you can provide it and it clears you of wrong doing.
