Hey there, I just started this game. I'm looking for some other tankers who are fun and don't mind teaching me some tricks to staying alive. I have an Amx cdc, cause it looked cool. So just shoot me a message in game or lmk. Happy hunting.

1st lesson is you shouldnt be running around in a tier 8 with 8 battles under your belt, your missing out on clear learning in the lower tiers, id say put up the CDC and play the lower tiers and learn the right way, you are also hurting your team playing in high tiers when you havent a clue how to run it, not being rude just plain facts.

Sure I can help if needed. I would prefer teaching at tier 5 because that's when most tank classes are starting to be defined. But 8 is ok I guess. You should take this time to focus on what type of tanker you are.

What do you like in tanks?

Armor?

Speed?

Firepower?

Sight?

These are very important things to consider because they will define how you play the game. You may be a passive player, so assault heavies would not be a good option for you. But dont rule out heavies because of that. You may like slow armored heavies.

For now read up on this information!

Read the main topic and then read all 7 topics

I also recommend watching these videos about the biggest Nations, but I would not personally recommend all tanks mentioned. Most are to learn how to play the game. It is important when considering a tank because they can take about a month to get.

  Do yourself a favour, and watch some vids BEFORE you start tanking non stop. I recommend these;

There are some really good players who will spend time with newer players, if find one, be a sponge and soak up all you can learn. This game is hard, has a steep learning curve, and is constantly changing and evolving. <<<< THAT's what makes it so fun !

Hi I'm also looking for tankers to play with.. I'm at tier 3 at the moment. Not sure if it's too soon to be asking for help but I'm grinding out several tanks, can't decide on a favorite. My tanks:

M3 Stuart

T56 GMC

M7 Priest

D2

LT vz. 38

More than happy to play with other new players to learn with also

Feel free to send me a friend request/platoon invite. Remember to watch the videos I posted. It takes a lot of time to go down one line. Im currently working on the American Mediums.

Also try to stay away from arty until you learn more about the different tanks. Arty is a special class where you need to know which tanks are a bigger threat and which flanks are weak. You can only learn this by being on the frontline in the heat of battle by playing Heavy tanks or Medium tanks.

Ironically I'm doing fairly well with the priest at lower tiers. I should add that I'm not a new player but I'm returning after a few years so I have SOME minor game knowledge. My highest tier tank was the Jackson but this was like 4 years ago, so I'm 'like-new.' I still wouldn't mind playing some games if possible.

Should I be focusing on my czech tank? it's probably my favorite so far besides those american TD

If this is truly your first time playing this game, then those are some very impressive stats. With stats like those, you should be learning from YouTube/Twitch instead of random people (no offense to those people, I know you will be helpful), as those random people could very well be worse players than you. Likely the only place where you'll be able to find great players that are also willing to teach, aside from on this forum (if you're lucky), is on YouTube/Twitch.

To be honest, I dunno if I would be able to teach you much. I bad.
