So this happened...

There was only 5 of us above 50% WR, while enemy had much much better team. Luckily enough, I was concentrated, pushed and pulled off a great game with my (new) favorite tank, so we won... :D

I'm afraid this game would be an auto-loss for this sad team if I wasn't there (braggy braggy). :)

P.S. T-10 is an absolute beast when top tier, even with only 1 perk and without BiA/Repairs.

I'm loving my T-10, it's stupid strong and all around enjoyable to play.  Teams of potatoes, however, will never change.  Farm em', use em' as meat shields, etc, they're a tool, use them wisely.

GG.

Let the OPs tale be a Cautionary One for those of you who think:

Tier X is the Nirvana (end game content), where all players know their tanks, the maps, how to play, even and no-one blocks your retreat to cover and arty never splashes you.

See?  See, people?  No need to be in a hurry to get here.  It's like going to the Jersey Shore.  It SOUNDS really good when you're inland and have never been there.  When you get there?  Trash, too many people, sand in your shorts and just where the hell is the shade?

Me?  I've seen the pictures.  I'll go in the off season.

Love me my T-10, but the Obj 257 has stolen my heart. I can do no wrong with this tank, win or lose.

Matchmaker doesn't, "give", anything but tanks by tier and type.  That's it. Everything else is random.

XVM is broken anyway and since not everyone uses it, you can't know how good or bad the enemy team is.

XVM causes great harm in its color coding perceived skill level, which is totally broken. Matchmaker does not select teams based on win rates, etc., so that is totally random and when it's random that means that both teams will be about the same in win rates, give or take a few percentage points. XVM does not change the laws of mathematics. But when some people see their team is supposedly mostly red players and the other team mostly green players, they don't play as well, as they assume they can't win, or worse yet, they commit suicide, greatly harming their teams chance of winning. The result? A self-fulfilling prophecy loss. XVM is terrible. There's no need for it.

Mevium. Top tier, bully all comers, mid or bottom tier, bully all mediums tier 9 or 10.

No XVM here. I picked the stats up from players' service record after the battle.
