On the Wargaming.net site, it says:

When there are no special events / missions AND ALL CREW MEMBERS ARE ALIVE at the end of the battle, the amount of XP sent to the crew is the same as the amount of XP received on the tank.

if you are in a battle & earn 1,000 experience the tank get 1,000 experience alive/wounded crew get 1K exp dead crew get 50% (500 experience) of that free experience gets 5% (50 experience) of the 1K

Remember hearing a crewmember telling everyone to bail out?

WoT/WG has never described how many others than that guy are still alive, but at least one should get full XP.

Is there somewhere in the 3 after battle reports that reports crew XP earned?

something that reports the XP as XP?

I THINK what they mean is that dead crewmen reduce the amount of xp that the crew gets.

For example, tank has 4 crew and gets 1000 xp in battle.  The crew (if all are alive) get 250 xp each equaling 1000.

If only 3 survive, 250 xp each is 750xp which would not equal the tank xp of 1000.

I could easily be wrong here, but I think only the dead crew fails to advance.  My KV-5 radioman was always dead and fell behind in training for this reason.

The tank getting destroyed doesn't "kill" the crew by default.

If the crew member wasn't already dead/wounded(game isn't really precise about which it is) and the shot that destroyed the tank wouldn't have killed him, then he survives and gets full XP.

Also, iirc, crew XP for dead/wounded/drowned crew was bumped from 50% of normal to 90% at some point.

As an aside, loss of crew training xp is the single best reason not to be an arty-drowning weasel.  Increased repairs is another, and of course that weasel thing.

That goes for any tank crew.  Been my experience that a goodly number of non-SPG tanks also do this, presumably to deny a last kill and such.

No there is not. Only way to see is to check the individual crew members "amount of xp needed to next skill" before and after a game and do some math.

Yeah, I've been doing that but was hoping there was an easier way.

There are mods that will tell you.  XVM is the only one I can think of atm.  However, last I heard, it gives a base number, and any crew that was injured or received the extra from "accelerate crew training" would have to be calculated from that base.

Any crew member dead at the end of the battle only earns 90% of the total.

Block Quote

Injury or Death Penalty: A crew member who remains injured or is dead at the end of a battle is Penalized and will receive 10% less experience towards increasing their Training Level than he/she would have otherwise received. Using a Small First Aid Kit or Large First Aid Kit to heal a crew member will avoid this Penalty, unless they are injured again before the end of battle

True.  Profiling is wrong, my bad.

Is there really a distinction between injured and dead crew member? If so, how do you tell which is which?

There's no color difference like the modules have for damaged or destroyed.

From what I've seen either the crew member is able or disabled. I've never noticed any difference regardless of what the voice message says, those only seem like flavor.

The wiki seems to say that injured crew is not a thing either.

Yellow: This state signifies that a module has taken considerable damage (≥50%) but is still operational. Crew members have no yellow state.

Red: This state signifies that a module is not operational/a crew member is knocked out. Crew members remain in this state unless a consumable is used to restore them to full health, [...].
