Happy Birthday to the following.

Happy 75th to Christine McVie.

Happy 71st to Wilko Johnson.

Eric Carr who would have been 68.  Carr died of an aneurysm while being treated for heart cancer.  He was 41 and died on the same day as Freddie Mercury - November 24, 1991.

Philip Taylor Kramer would have been 66.  He went missing for around four years until photographers looking to film old car wrecks found his wrecked minivan and skeletal remains at the bottom of Malibu's Decker Canyon. His death was ruled a suicide.  At least in part, because Kramer had called police prior to his disappearance saying he was going to kill himself.  He was 42.

Ray Gillen would have been 59.  He died in 1993 at 34 years of age.

RIP to Minnie Riperton who died in 1979 at the age of 31 from cancer.

RIP to Chris Wood who died at age 39 in 1983 from pneumonia.

RIP to Jimmy Driftwood who died from a heart attack in 1998.  He was 91.

In 1971 Linda Rondstadt performs at Disneyland with a backing band who at that time were mainly session performers who also became her touring band at that time.  The band featured Don Henley, Glenn Frey, Bernie Leadon and Randy Meisner. It was the first time that the group that will become The Eagles played together in a public venue.
