Good review, although I would have to disagree with the "Dice Rolling" sentiment he feels controls shooting.

It is true, the game is a very elaborate coin tossing game. How can it be otherwise? There is a stat for accuracy on the gun and it is modified not by ballistics or wind, its modified by a random roll and the skill of your gunner. Not your skill as a shooter. All the skill is out of it. Unless you think putting your mouse over an enemy is skill.
Crossing shots are a bit different, and only about 1 in 5 players can even make them. And even when you aim correctly to lead the enemy, the randomness can make a miss, and the random penetration can make a hit do nothing.
Its inherent in a game where your crews skill is fundamental to the hit calculation. It cannot make you miss, it can only modify a random roll.

I can't be the only one who's never heard of this supposedly famous "7outof10".
