Is it me or is the a diving for dollars tank and an Insult to all of us?

There is no freaking way I would buy this tank even if it was 1 dollar...

Was there ever an M4 Russian Tank.. Look the guy or persons that put this tank in the shot needs to have his head checked..

Apparently the US sent at least a few Shermans to  Russia under the Lend Lease Act. Hell I will get one if it comes with special Russian Bias armor not on my Ram or T 14

The Loza is just a lend lease tank with a 76mm put in as a tier 6 Russian premium so its not really anything special. I'm not even sure if they've ever sold it as they release so many premiums these days I have trouble keeping track of them.

http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Tank:R140_M4_Loza

I'm still wondering if they will ever have the guts to put the SO-122 into the game as a tier 8 Russian vehicle. It was a post-war Yugoslav M4 Sherman with a T-34 engine and a A-19 122mm gun mounted on it. The history of the vehicle is fascinating so read it if you're interested http://www.tanks-encyclopedia.com/coldwar-yugolsavian-prototypes-so-122/

EDIT: I'm usually against clones but the SO-122 is such a ridiculous concept lol

Somewhat related but very fitting..here is an NSFW description/joke about the M4 Sherman that I found in a reddit post

What if they added the SO-122 would you play that?

I would imagine that tank would have a weak turret ring though because historically the recoil had a tendency to crack the mount or the turret ring over time lol.

Yeah I would five it a try.. But gees.. Id say when the gun fires it would have a recoil that would drive the tank backwards a few meters.. :playing:

The US sent over 4000 M4A2 Shermans to Russia as part of the Lend Lease Act, nearly 2100 of which were armed with the 76mm gun.

Im just amazed they are trying to sell yet another M4 premium.

Havent they learned their lesson after the Fury flop?

Flop? It sold pretty well... and then they brought it back because other people wanted to buy it...

Yeah I figured that it sold well since they advertised the hell out of it with the Fury movie. As far as I know its only ever been sold 2 to 3 times and tank collectors are always in the "Take my money" kind of mindset.

Low pen, looks like it might be hard to make credits with it.

Neither can I.  Like pretty much all your tanks , you would be slaughtered. You rely , poorly on your armored tanks.  Shermans are not known for their armor with the exception of the Thunderbolt and the Jumbo.

"A few"...

The Russians called them "emchas" (from "M4" in Russian)

They were also sent more than 1000 Lees.  Weren't too happy with those.

The US sent Russia huge numbers of tanks, aircraft, support vehicles, ships and related equipment.  The P39 Airacobra was a favorite with the Soviet pilots as a tank buster.

Unless you're a collector of all things Sherman I'd stay away from it.  In my opinion it has very little going for it and certainly does not play on the same level as the Fury or Thunderbolt. Loza does come with sixth sense so it does have that going for it.  Sluggish acceleration, mediocre armor and sub-par pen.  Would fit better as a Tier V tank than Tier VI

They did sell the Loza before , at the very start of the year . In fact , it was the first new premium to be sold in 2018 . I know , because I bought one then . :)
