On start up, the client seems to be logging in correctly, then the client will crash. This happens also when I go into a game. I was looking at the "Event Viewer log", found this. Does anyone know how to stop this.

This error reports every time I corresponded to the game client crashing..Thoughts.

Happening to me too.  Playing Vanilla, and crashes are always when I go into battle.  I have reinstalled multiple times and I cannot figure it out.  Anyone gets any fix for this I am all ears.

I have looked everywhere, seems to be a problem that isn't fixed. Have researched and found different answers, of which none has worked -

- Have disabled superfetch in Windows services - No change

- Disabled "indexing" - No change

- Video card is not beta driver

- Have re installed the game several times - no change

I will keep searching.

Did you completely remove things with ccleaner and clear wg file in %appdata%?Removing often leaves remnants which can be the problem and sometimes you need to roll back to a previous vid driver.I just use the basic registry cleaner tools in ccleaner  and dont search for wg stuff.

Yea, I just uninstalled the game  again, and ran the CCLEANER, see what happens.

Without the help of WG Support which I found to be extremely useless, and lack of a whole lot of knowledge about general trouble shooting, I was able to find the answer my self.

If you are running an ASUS ROG computer you maybe having this issue, I would suspect other types of gaming computer may have similar installed software, but since I haven't seen that many.

You will find a program on the Computer called SONIC SOFTWARE suite, under the APPS and Programs (WIN10) - just uninstall this program SUITE. I have been running two weeks since I have taken this program out without a single CRASH. The SONIC software has a sound card that doesn't work well with WOT. I couldn't find the actually fault, but was able to determine that this was the problem. I haven't had a single computer problem since I took this off. There is an upgrade, but you don't need this to work, its an add on from ASUS.

The ESENT that i mentioned above is gone. I have no errors and no crashes. I hope this helps others.

Golf clap WG golf clap.  Why do patches every other week when half don't work. I'm trying to re install so I can dress my crew like a ken doll, so critical to game enjoyment.
