Maybe it is just a test.

Maybe we are guinea pigs.

EU server still has the good shop, not this ... thing ...

I do appreciate the attempt to make the experience better, but this does not come close to making that happen.  I don't mind change for the better, but really WG, who tests this stuff?  Why would they think this is an improvement?  I have to wait 6 + months for them to fix the broken mm system but in the meantime give me a less functional store.  Were people really complaining about the store before the change?  Please WG listen to your players or this games player base will continue to decline

WG needs to use the KISS principle when changing the UI, this looks like a 'improvement' that got bogged down in the colorful and whimsical.

I like it as much as I like the changes to campaign and personal missions! I don't like having to guess what the hell the picture is supposed to actually mean. The explanations about the mission that are not clear. This follows the same path to accidental money spending I'm sure. Not all of us were born with a computer in our crib! See where i'm going with this? You need to take into account players who are not computer savvy. Which would also be the majority of players putting the money into this game!

Moving the store to be in-game was a great idea, but that's where the great ideas ended.

It's just like the revised Personal Mission (Campaign) interface that we received a year or so ago.  Looks really nice, but it's just an absolute mess.  Not functional in the slightest.  So much wasted space for various reasons, such as unnecessarily huge tiles.  It's hard to find items.  Some things are grouped together that shouldn't be.

No one asked for this.  No one thought we needed this.  Now we have proof that we definitely didn't.  Seems like such a waste of time that developers could have better spent in numerous other places.

I had something similar, if not the same, happen. When I tried to scroll down with my mouse wheel, it wouldn't stick, and would reset/scroll back up. If I clicked the tiny little arrow in the lower right, the page would stay scrolled down.

Mine wouldn't even do that.

I tried it again just now, wouldn't move with my wheel, so I think I was mistaken on that. Using the scroll bar, it has a "snap to" functionality that seems to work for the most part, but maybe not in all cases.

Can we get refunded for bond equipment now that there are bundles?

Sigh, first they mess up with the "simplified" tank statistics, then the Missions UI and now this? Functionality should be priority.

So... instead of fixing issues with the game, they instead try to get us to spend us more money by "revamping" the ingame store. So typical of WoT fashion, they failed.

Seriously, does WG not have a control group of in house testers to give them feedback? Probably not if we look at the development of this game in the last 3 years.

A great poster in this thread once said "unwanted and unnecessary" and that describes this new interface perfectly for all the above reasons. Not sure if mentioned yet, but I noticed you can't filter equipment by only sale items either. I also have a slow computer and the new store is running too slow (my garage already runs too slow). Please let us toggle between old version and new version.

This is all a result of the Russian and Belarusian obsession to tinker with everything even if it was fine before the tinkering.

We would rather have had the real problems with this game fixed instead of window dressing(s).  Nice but not an issue, when the old system worked just fine.  Will you guys ever listen and fix your game?  I doubt it.

Jambijon, in your feedback to Minsk, can you please note that future changes like this should probably go through review and QA by UX/UI engineers? I don't think the new store or the new missions interface has really had that done.

And you are still not getting any love from me for it. Why did you have to add extra mouse clicks to use the personal reserves? Used to take 1 click to activate it, now it takes 2. Had no problems with it before but now is a different story. And where is the ability to filter those reserves?

Store 2.0 - A case study in what happens when marketing does design rather than a user experience team.

I work in user experience and I understand that after a change, there will be complaints from those who simply don't like change, but they measurably reduced usability with this release.

Most of the shortcomings have been listed so far - layout is more difficult to use, functionality is missing. They really should fire the project lead.

WG - "Hey! Lets get out web designers to create a new look and feel for the store. They are experts in all of the modern generic layout libraries so they should be able create something that follows all responsive design principles and jam a lot of eye candy in that everyone will love!"

Player - "I just want an efficient, easy to use interface that doesn't get in the way when I want to play a game. I don't want to look all over the screen to try and find what I want, I just want to quickly scan a list. I am never going to play WoT PC on my phone so I don't need responsive design."

As I understand it, this was tested on the test server. Apparently they didn't get enough feedback from the test server testers who all want to play tier tens without grinding to them, so they can shoot Americans on their on team. So, welcome to the "live test server".
