I think the M44 takes that trophy hands down... damn that thing is brutal. Fast reload, great accuracy, amazing aim time, a gun arc that covers half the map:amazed:. I almost pity the red team...

The only reason the complain about the leaf blower, is the rate of fire.  M44 is good but not OP.

I prefer the M53/55 even though it has a long reload time. The cannon size makes the difference.

I have research everything for the T-92 but it is a slower reload and a slower vehicle.

The base view range of 390m, 2758 DPM, the ability to fire AP, HE, and HEAT, and being Tier V also tilts the scales towards the LeFH18B2 being over-powered and the basis for complaints ...

Thank goodness the LeFH18B2 does not have preferential matchmaking ...

Pref mm or not, a good lef player can still (and fairly reliably) dictate if a side falls or not, and more often than not dictate the game.....(I have personal experience as i have a leafblower and just came out of a match with a topgun in it on province)

Must be me...I can't play it anywhere near my mediocre effectiveness with my other tier VI SPGs.  On paper I agree it looks awesome, but I'll sure be glad to be done grinding it.

incorrect. RNG is still king for that. the Leaf can fire fast, which means many chances for RNG to go your way. but its not an accurate tank

I did many of my arty missions in the M44 ... back when it had either a HEAT or AP round, as well.

I really don't find the LefH to be all that bad, every once in a while you have good player in it that can be a pain but for the most part I rarely notice them on the other team. They are one of the easier SPG's to CB though, with that RoF and being slow they often never move. The only time I hate them is when I'm the last one left in an SPG and they're the last one, have to hope to surprise them since they'll see you WAY before you see them.

even for great players, RNG wins when your tools are 0.7 dispersion and a 1.91m splash. at 500m thats an aim circle thats 3.5m across and ~7m long. you can easily see why a 1.9m splash shell can land some place it does nothing...

to give you an idea, vs 30mm armor, the damage is already zero if your shell lands 1.6m away. thats common with it at 500+m shots.

Leaf-blower -  Well armored hull for those that shoot at it rather then the gun it's shield, and an obscene view range.  A low tier game carry machine unless he burns up all his ammo before getting to the end game!

M44 - In the hands of a skilled player without a doubt a deadly mid-tier opponent, playing the T82 HMC if my team spots a M44, CB on that unit most likely becomes priority number one!  Love them on my team, hate them when they are red...

Well, because of the speed of the 44 AND the ROF it is very fun to play.  The accuracy is not all that great, and the splash is small.  When it is hitting (and not doing 45 damage to some damn VIII heavy), it can really do a job.

It is overpowered. What makes you think that overpowered is some sort of unique crown that only one vehicle gets to wear?

It is [edited]broken.  The good news is that WG made a comment, a few months ago, that they're watching it.  Sadly, you still have to keep playing through it while other SPGs remain hampered (M12, GW Panther, etc.).  Makes NO sense!

It’s also the skill level, or let’s say lack of arty awareness at that tier that makes it seem a touch OP. So many squishy pubbies wandering about with dewy eyes...

I’ll admit to playing my LeFiFi on a semi-regular basis. I’ve had it since it was in the tech tree (where I bought it for 425 gold during a sale), so I suppose I don’t play it that often in the grand scheme of things. I much prefer to be bottom tier when playing arty and LeFiFi is no exception. More hit points and bigger targets in a tier seven match.

Overall I think the M44 is worse to see on the enemy team, primarily because it has stun.

Just got it last night.
The shell velocity is awesome, too! That took some getting used to; not leading targets nearly as much as with other arty.
Reload and aim speed are great. And the gun traverse arc is insane! It's, like, half the map! Might as well be sitting in a bunker, my camo net almost never turns off! :)

If you're going to be loathed, be loathed in the best!

very easy to complete the "top player on team" campaign missions in m44 no doubt!

So "good" that it's getting nerfed according to WG.
