You sure? 6.5 degrees of depression might make that tank actually playable again!

yeah the buffs look ok at this moment but currently I have no reason to train up a med crew, unless I wanted to play the Type 58 again and believe me there is no way I'd play that POS agian in it's current form

I was interested in the T-34-3, but you can get it only with an overpriced bundle?

Nope.

Please buff the gun handling of the fcm to make it more medium like.

WG 6ish months ago: "Buy these tanks because they're going away and never* coming back!"

WG now: They're back, but not without a bundle!

Lame. I could probably be persuaded to pick up the T-34-3 for gold if it was on sale, but not in a bundle and not for real money in the shop. I've already spent my money on gold, so why isn't that good enough?

fake news

The FCM 50T is a medium tank with delusions of grandeur, but it's got some good pen and gun handling (for a heavy at least) that lets it do a little damage before it gets wiped out by the armada of better tanks at tier 8+ that will be shooting back at it.

The T-34-3 was/is trash compared to most tech tree vehicles at tier, and certainly compared to newer premium tanks.

But, you see, here's the thing that frosts my cake- if you're going to call something a "LAST CHANCE!" sale, you should probably make that the "last chance" to actually get said item, or your credibility takes a serious blow. Now, I doubt anyone believes that WOT nor Wargaming proper ever really "retires" a virtual item, even when they say they will, as we've seen many, many, many times before (E-25, Lorr. 40T, the LEF over in the EU, and so on), which leads me to my main point: either make a "last chance" sale a true final sale, or change the sale structure and nomenclature- Disney has their "vault" for stuff that's not for sale for an indeterminate amount of time. Warner Brothers has the "archive" for their off-sale media, and so on- Wargaming should have some sort of similar structure so that these seemingly misleading sales (and the associated confusion and possible anger) is avoided.

My 2 cents, thanks for reading.

I was drinking vodka while reading the original post and had to double check the date because in my drunken state, I was sure it was April 1st and this is all just a joke...now that I see the current date, I am wondering how the post could be actually serious??? Do people actually believe that stuff? Wasn't it not that long ago that WG claimed pref mm tanks were the bane of the 3/5/7 mm and causing all our problems and yet, here they are selling pref mm tanks again...WG logic:

They said pref mm tanks are the cause of all the template mm system problems. Their solution is to sell more pref mm tanks, not fix or get rid of the template system...it's like trying to put out a fire by throwing gasoline on it.....wg is a sinking ship...

Its crazy that WG's MM matches FCMs against something like Defenders...

This is another place where MM needs additional work...matching super heavies against super heavies, not matching super heavies against paper heavies.

Same goes for super TDs versus super TDs, paper TDs versus paper TDs, NOT super TDs versus paper TDs...

Same goes for mediums...don't pit 430U against Leopards, etc., etc.

WG...MM really needs some work

1) Get rid of 3/5/7 or add in the code you left out when templates came into game, which was the code that prevents spending 80% of your games in bottom tier of 3/5/7's

2) Give all tanks an "effectiveness" rating. An effectiveness rating would be a number value representing the most critical aspects of that tanks type. For example, heavies effectiveness numbers would compare armor, DPM, speed (perhaps), and some other values. Then set MM to match effectiveness ratings tier by tier for teams. So Maus fight Maus or Super Conq, etc., and not Maus fighting AMX50b.

3) Limit arty to two per team

Viola...MM fixed...many many of your customers would be happier if you made changes to MM like those listed above...

Many of my friends left the game because of the mm crap, to have competitive gameplay they need a +1 -1 mm and new players will actually stay. Maybe let tier 8 be the only +2 because of the lack of tier 9 play.

Do you guys have no self respect? You say one thing, and then go back on your word.

Worse than that, do you not respect your customers? You are trying to sell tanks that are currently suffering badly because of the situation with MM. At least wait until that is corrected before you try and sell more PMM tanks. Otherwise, you are going to be selling these to uninformed people, who will then get so frustrated they will leave.

How does this make sense from a business perspective?

People buy things - WG makes a little money. Milking the dying cow in NA. It is sad that the game is in such decline with the playerbase in NA dwindling - which makes me realize I have more than enough premium tanks now.

Hey, everyone!

Some music artists call it quits for touring, and have a special "farewell" trek...only to hit the road afterward for another go...it seems the same is true for the FCM 50 t and T-34-3. They said "good-bye," but they're back!

The French heavy and Chinese medium tanks were honorably discharged in February and March, respectively, with "last chance" sales, and removed from their nations' Tech Trees. Both are available throughout September, however, with a new bundle for each vehicle added every Thursday until the end of the month.

The T-34-3 medium packs a 122 mm cannon, has good camouflage, while the FCM 50 t heavy has a 90 mm gun, handles like a medium vehicle, and can go toe-to-toe with any fellow Tier VIII heavy tank!

Check out the article for bundle information or open the spoilers below: The Deadly Duo: FCM 50 t and T-34-3

Remember, when WG says never again they never mean never.

Crappy pref mm tanks (that cause so much headache for 3/5/7 MM) being promoted... YET AGAIN. You're losing your credibility... this is borderline insulting my intelligence.

Oh Gnomon.  Who makes you write this stuff? :)

First of all, can we stop saying "last chance sale" if it's not really the last chance? :)

The FCM 50 t is certainly not "deadly" unless you simply mean that it is sometimes capable of killing another tank.  It's super under powered at the moment, and is surely one of the worst Tier VIII Premiums, which probably makes it the least deadly.

It's also not capable of going "toe-to-toe with any fellow Tier VIII heavy tank".  It has no armor to do so.  At best, it needs to try to play link a flanking medium, but with it's size and lack of armor, even that's not exactly a path to success.

I think you misunderstood him; what he meant to say was it's deadly to drive around in this T VIII because it can and will be penned by everything it comes across.

They call that "The Deadly Duo" for a reason and it is that they both die fast and easy with current MM and Random lol :-)
