Seriously. 1 hour, 30 minutes later and even my patience is done. I understand once or twice - but I've either been in or have had a friend in a combined 4 tournaments that have gone like this. They either never proc, or proc for some people and not for everyone - OR they just don't proc for 3 hours then proc without a wargaming rep saying a damn thing about it and just expecting everyone to have been WAITING for 3 hours.

Not a damn peep.

Hello Games was more transparent about their product (No Man's Sky) than you guys have been about these tournaments.

WG would have to actually care about customers or customer service before any of our comments were taken seriously right now they're too busy lying on the floor laughing that people are actually still logged in waiting for the tourney to start.as the old saying goes how do you keep an idiot in suspense WG style just start a tourney.

"The full schedule is subject to change once the final team count has been determined at the close of registration.

WG may change dates and times as needed to complete tournament."

Not saying it is right but they do state this on the tournament page.

I sent this link to the admins who are not here to assist today. Just so they can be reminded of the values that they are supposed to have as members of the Wargaming Staff. Maybe they will put some effort into making sure tournaments run smoother, that the errors made on the website and execution of the tournaments do not reflect the Core Values.

From  https://wargaming.com/en/about/ the section on Core Values below is what Wargaming states are it's core values.

Happy Players

Player happiness is the cornerstone of our success.

Evidence

Our teams make decisions off research, analytics and data to make our players happy, wherever they are

Agility

We respond quickly to players’ expectations and aim to constantly improve.

Results Matter

Commit and deliver on results that players care about.

Teamwork

Great teams are humble, honest, and hungry for the next challenge.

Woah woah woah , calm down, wargaming has a new staff that is working on tournaments, they are spilt in so many different projects, give them time. They work hard to try to make us happy even tho they are rushing 4 things at once but give alittle respect.

Their Employees are fine. It's the fact that the company said Employees work for scuttled their tournament stuff like half a year ago and had nearly 6 months in preparing/building a new tournament system and instead of taking the hiatus time to do it they wait until they started it up again to work out the kinks?

That's both unfair to us the players and their employees who have to deal with the tidal wave of complaints.
A little forethought would be nice, is all I'm saying.

this is a common problem they need to get someone who knows what they are doing. Last year when they did this erveryone got gold them they apologized and started the tournament. Also what happened to 1v1?Wake up Wargaming you are just getting more greedy all the time. Introducing new tanks and new nations and not fixing the damn game.

what wargaming sent me in a message

Hi there,

Apologies for the issues. Through some unfortunate circumstances we didn't have anyone available to notice the issues with the tournament until it was too late to fix.

We are discussing a number of options for compensation today and will be updating everyone as soon as we have more information, hopefully within the next day or two.

Your patience in the meantime is greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Domo

Just another time WG shows that the players don't matter, a lot of people complaining and they don't even have the decency  to give us an answer. Keeps getting closer to dumping this effed up game. But they don't care and it shows.
