Hi again, everyone!

I wanted to let you know some information about the 2nd Operation of Personal Missions 2.0 that we released in this article: Personal Missions 2.0: 2nd Operation

On Wednesday, September 19 at 02:00 PT | 04:00 CT | 05:00 ET, Operation Chimera for Personal Missions 2.0 will be available. Please check out this video, the article, or the spoilers below for more info.

The 2nd Operation focuses on your skills in one specific battle. The missions are based on one match, whether it be dealing damage, destroying enemies, or other objectives.

Like the original Personal Missions, you will earn rewards for completion of the new missions. A female tank crew member who comes with "zero-Skill" BiA and a second fully-trained Skill or Perk that you can chose. Also, you can complete all 60 missions to unlock all four blueprints for the Chimera.

As before, the Second Front is about taking certain tanks of certain nations into battle, instead of focusing it solely on tank type:

National Formations

Special Emblems

Thanks, everyone! Be sure to check out the article for the Chimera's specs, and the Missions below (they were too large for one post).

Video states "No strict limitations on vehicle types" - Are you sure about that?! How are you to stun vehicles with any other class other than spg?

Good point.

Still so far, including this second campaign, it's possible to complete the missions without arty/stun.  You get an order for the final mission for each allegiance.  In the first campaign there are only 3 primary legs that require arty/stun.  You just have to run them in the right order (Alliance last folks).

In this second PM there are only three primary missions that require stun/arty.  So it's also possible to complete them without arty/stun.

Details in my sig including how to bypass them with orders.

Excuse me why are there more coalition than the other national formations?

I'm pretty sure Italy should be  with Japan and Germany as Bloc.

Here are some suggestions.

#1 Remove the stun missions from first campaign because not all nations have artillery. I refuse to play artillery. Primary missions are artillery blocking shouldn't be there.

#2 Move Italy from "Coalition" to "Bloc" with Germany and Japan.

#3 Move Poland to Union with China and Soviet.

#4 Add Canadian line as Alliance.

#5 If your going to add artillery mission, you should add it to unlock premuim artillery tanks only, not other classes. Don't force players to play artillery because it is a complete different game mechanic.

You can complete both the Excalibur and Chimera PMs without running arty by using orders.

One of the Chimera missions (Alliance iirc) has an either/or regarding stun on a primary leg.  From memory so this may be a bit off, but it's a stun requirement OR track an enemy and allies have to do X amount of damage (800 iirc) while they're tracked.   This or something similar would be a nice either/or alternative to the stun requirements.

Thrilled that we have new missions. But these are WAY harder than the previous ones. Maybe that's the point. As one of small percentage of folks that got the 260, I can tell you for certain that the Excalibur missions are decent, but anyone that completed them by today has no life. They are too much of a grind (I have completed 40 of the 60 and I have a VERY deep garage). The tier x missions will be nearly impossible IMO; those 15th missions are insane.

Never mind.  I read that is a separate thing other than winning the battle.

These missions are pure cancer.

WG is basically forcing us to play certain nations, classes and tanks in order to complete them.

The Excalibur ones are grindy as hell. I yet have to complete 14 more to get it. It takes just too much time to get a good map/setup/idk to get one mission done because you have to do certain thing MULTIPLE TIMES...

Then I saw The Chimera missions and said to myself "I probably won't even get one, because some missions are harder than T-55A and Obj.260 ones."

And do you know what is the saddest thing of them all? - THOSE TANKS ARE NOT EVEN WORTH IT, BECAUSE THEY ARE TRASH AND INCREDIBLY UNDERPOWERED.

What the actual [edited]Wargaming, you claimed that " you don't have to play on specific vehicle class, only one of selected nations" - and you put Coalition-8, to stun 2 targets with one short, with 4 nations, 3 of which have no arti tree... are you for real?

I don't even bother with the missions anymore. I just don't have the time and sometimes the right tank. I still haven't completed the LT mission 15 with honors for the Stug IV. And it's all that I need.

i like how the Chimera missions are harder in difficulty than the 260 set in some places, but the tank that they give you is just mediocre for the effort you need to put in to get it- and they expected people to finish the sets within 20 days apiece, lmbo, even no lifing you'd be cutting it close
